Great work done on the repair, took a little longer than it should have for what minor repair it was, but it’s understandable given they were down 5-9 workers any given day due to the flu outbreak going around right now. Also, whoever detailed my car while it was there deserves a raise!

Everyone at Collision Specialists made this process super easy. I have never had any type of repair work done before and the other vehicle’s owner’s insurance recommended CS. I am so glad they did! Trey and the ladies up front were so polite! The best part was the turnaround time - less than 4 days to order parts and repair. I hear horror stories all the time about other places, but Collision Specialists are top notch. 10/10 recommend.

The vehicle restoration team performed an exceptional job on my automobile. They restored it to its former glory, both aesthetically and mechanically. They meticulously restored all components to their optimal condition. I was particularly impressed by the level of detail and care they invested in the restoration. Notably, they restored my aftermarket headlights, which my husband gifted me for Christmas. These small details hold significant sentimental value for me, and I believe that few restoration shops would go to such lengths. They merely replaced the factory headlights. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Joe for his exceptional work and his unwavering assistance when I had inquiries. Despite my occasional interruptions, he consistently handled my questions with professionalism and provided the support I required. I'm picky & I would recommend Collison Specialist to all. The ladies at the front desk are kind, helpful & have a great attitude. Joe is wonderful. He kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, is very knowledgeable & his service went above & beyond. I would definitely use them again of need be. Also, my vehicle looks great!!!

I brought my vehicle to Collision Specialist and they did a fantastic job on the repairs. They made a not-so-pleasant experience (wreck) easy to get through. Everyone was so helpful and communicative. Joe was so nice and kept me in the loop on the timeline for repairs. When I picked up my vehicle it looked brand new. I’m a very happy customer. I highly recommend!

The staff is Amazing, very friendly and works with your needs. Collision Specialist stays in contact with you while working on your vehicle, so I never had to question when my car would be ready. They repaired the rear end damage my car had in short time, and detailed it inside and out. When I went to pick my car up, I felt like I was driving away in a brand new car. I would refer anyone that needs body repair to Collision Specialist!
