Northfield Collision Service

I strongly advise against taking your vehicle to Northfield Collision Service. I brought in my wife’s new 4Runner to fix three small scratches on the front bumper. Despite receiving quotes from other shops in the $300-$500 range, I chose Northfield Collision Service because their higher-priced proposal appeared to offer a more thorough repair. Unfortunately, this decision turned out to be a costly mistake. After the repair, I received a call informing me that the camera on the bumper had been left unplugged and misaligned during reassembly. Instead of taking responsibility, they claimed it was my problem to fix. They suggested I go to Toyota because it would supposedly be “cheaper” than the $200-$350 they’d charge to bring in a technician. Toyota ended up charging $617 for the repair—a three-hour job that also cost me half a day of missed work and lost commissions. What should have been a straightforward $500 repair ballooned into a $1,500 ordeal, not to mention the inconvenience and frustration I endured. While the bumper repair itself was fine, their lack of accountability and poor customer service are inexcusable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

They did a great job and were respectful of my time and getting the vehicle back to me quickly. I was able to schedule a time, and all the parts were ordered before I brought my truck in for repair, minimizing the time I was left without a vehicle.

Northfield Collision was very helpful with an estimate and scheduling the work. They did an excellent job with the repair as they have done in the past. Clean and good as new. Excellent for a five year old car in Cleveland

On 11-4-24, I took my wife’s 2017 Cruze to Northfield Collision to get a quote on a very long scratch from partially on the front fender, across the driver door and extended partially in rear Fender that a lady hit with a big SUV in a parking lot. I tried to rub it out to no avail but took it to this body shop and a gentlemen came out took a look, got a buffer and to my amazement removed all the scratch like nothing happened. I can’t tell you how ecstatic my wife was to see a miracle performed. I feel bad I didn’t get your name but you made both our day and we both wanted to thank you for a great job. We have taking our car there in the past and was very satisfied and highly recommend them.. They are honest to deal with. Dan Thompson

Northfield Collision is a very professional and very knowledgeable organization. Their customer service is superb. They 100% deliver on what they promise. Their work is excellent, on time and done with kindness and understanding. My car looked absolutely beautiful when it was returned to me - clean and bright… like it was brand new! After my accident I called my insurance and they asked me did I have a choice for repair of my car I choose Northfield Collision for a second time and they told me it was one of their premier Shops. I had used them two years earlier when I had had another accident which was not my fault. Everything was taken care of until recently after almost two years I had a headlight problem. They took a look and called the other insurance.and they took care of it. They did have 1 little glitch this time when the wrong parts we’re sent to them but not their fault and they took care of the problem quickly and let me know the delay. Hope fully I will need not need their services again. But if I do I would not hesitate to call.

I originally brought my 2022 Jeep Compass to Northfield Collision to be repaired after the driver and passenger sides were damaged in a car wash. When I came to collect my car after Northfield Collisions initial attempt at repair, I immediately noticed orange peel. Following my conversation with Hunter I returned my car the following week to be worked on. Even after the final attempt, my car still had very noticable orange peel. I am extremely disappointed in Northfield Collisions quality of work, and professionalism. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here if you are expecting professional or satisfactory results.
