Came in for a weird noise in my front end. Sarah not only identified the problem, but found an additional issue. She took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong, and a detailed analysis of it all. I highly recommend this firestone!! They care about their customers and provide quality service.

I took my car here for sway bar link. I came out with everything else done but that. I’m talking from shocks, brakes, rotors, sensor, fuel flush, oil change and more but not what I came for. I took my car else where do to the nasty attitude they carry with me and telling me they could find the original problem I came there for. As I got service elsewhere I was sent a video of the many things Firestone never even serviced but charged me for. I even called corporate and have yet received a call back. I had 3 1/2 courts oil missing not to mention it was black and smelled like gas, oils filter and a canister never got changed out, as well as they left my oil pan covers off as well as my shock guards. They did a while brake job but my back calibers locked up dragging one of my tires and many other things. They had the nerve to tell me after taking all my money I now need a new pair of tires as to why my front passenger sway bar links are riding ruff and making noise. I have been going to Firestone for over 20 years I will never ever return to them specially the one on northfield near Macedonia they are unprofessional and negligent with there auto repair service. I’ve been back and forth over 5 times to receive this service and came out with other things fixed that didn’t need it but was told these things was the problem. It’s almost as if they guess till they can’t anymore and then discard you as if you’re wrong for brining them a car they can’t figure out what the problem is. Professional service just hard to come by now a days and getting ripped off seems to be part of Firestone model.

I have to admit, my experience at Firestone was superb. Not only did I have my Hondas oil changed, but the absolutely, sweet, soft but well spoken associate by the name of Sarah gave me some suggestions on some work that should be completed in the future. As I was leaving, the thing that sticks with me the most was that same associate Sarah, waving goodbye at me through the window, with a smile so big and bright, the sun glistened off of her white teeth, causing me to put my shades on. You can believe that I'm coming back, but not jjust for the amazing service, but for that sweet girl Sarah's welcoming smile.

My car overheated on the highway, so I pulled into the nearest McDonald's and looked up the closest Firestone. They told me to bring it in and they would try to figure out what was wrong. It was a Saturday, and this wasn't my regular Firestone. When I called AAA for a tow, they tried to talk me into going to Conrad's, but I told them no. After waiting almost an hour and still no towtruck, I drove to Firestone myself. They were so kind and took my car back right away. After doing diagnostics, putting in more coolant, and running it for 30 minutes, they told me I should be good to go. Thank you so much for taking care of my car and me so quickly. Firestone ROCKS!

I’ve been going to this location for several years. With any business it has had it ups and downs but over the past recent years they’ve been pretty attentive. I can usually get an appointment quickly. They always check for coupons for you to save you some money. And they do the job properly in a timely fashion.
