An oil change on my 11 feet box truck cost me $160, which is opposite from the usual average price of $50. Ask them for the price in advance and contact the Consumer Protection Department with a claim. This is stealing, in my opinion. Stuff biased towards foreigners in my opinion, my foreign origin was the reason for the deception

Our truck wouldn't start, so we contacted Macedonia Truck Repair for mobile assistance. We specifically requested they bring a jumper, just in case. They quoted us $350 for the road call plus two hours of labor. Twenty minutes after their arrival, they called and insisted on payment of $350. They attempted to jump-start the starter and battery, but the truck still wouldn't start. They then prepared to leave. When I inquired about the issue and their assessment, the mechanic admitted uncertainty. I contacted the owner and suggested they try turning the engine over or checking the starter cables. However, I was informed that diagnosing the problem would incur an additional charge and they dont have tools with them. (I paid for 2 hours of labor and told him that I will pay per hour until he fix it) Owner stated that mechanic would need to return to their terminal, complete paperwork, and charge me for another road call fee before returning for a potentially higher repair cost. Reluctantly, I paid the initial $350 and sought help from another mechanic. Within three hours, the new mechanic replaced the starter, and the truck was operational again.

Huge scammers!!!! I came in with busted hub. They messed around little over one hour and couldn’t do anything. Then came up with some crazy story why they not able to do a job. And at the end charged me 4 hours of labor. On a question why 4 hours, they said they charging per hour per and person who works at the shop. Wondering why he didn’t add wife, cousins and neighbors to the bill. I end up taking trailer home. And it took me less than 20 minutes to take the hub off and replace it myself. So, if you ready to be screwed, I still don’t recommend to go there because mechanics not so good there either.

I had steer shakes they diagnosed the issue and advice for wheel hub change, New one cost me around 1200 from volvo dealership plus 250 labor for them, At the same time my truck had long crank to start, So new injector cups was done by them,,,, After leaving their shop I found out truck still shakes the same way and when I called to inform them they advice me to get new steer tires and unfortunately I listened to them and paid more money days later for the tires while im over the road, Truck still shakes the same way evn after new tires so around 2500$ gone out of my pocket just for them to act like they know what they doing ( new wheel hub, Labor, New sheer tires ) smh A month and half later>> long start comes back again and air bubbles in return line of fuel tank, this means injector cups are bad again,, they do not provide warranty of course!! I was charged if I remember correctly 1800$ for this job They done other work on my truck before and it was good but small things like wheel hub sealing, Oil change, Tire change BUT for big real stuff I wouldn't suggest them This happened 1 year ago and I'M writing it now because I feel they deserve this bad review, Other ppl deserve to know and think again before sending their truck here

They just robbed me my truck broke 4 miles from their shop for electric issues called them they said bring it I towed truck around 5 pm on 3/20/25 they have 1 mechanic old man who is very rude wouldn’t let me explain my issue he told me to go waiting room around 6:30 pm he came to me and said I changed oil pressure sensor dd15 engine 227$ put 2 gallon oil lie 32$ 2 hours labor 300$ hooked computer he said 120$ total 679$ for being 1 hour only for their shop he said we can’t do anything else today unless we change oil pump we only take zale payment oh my god thief’s no credit or debit card they give handwritten receipt and didn’t give me computer results he said we don’t give that i made payment around 6:50 and I towed my truck again around 7 pm same day to different shop I have receipts posting soon please stay away from this thief’s
