Professional Review: 8/22/24 Our shop installed the OEM part from this Dealer, we scheduled programming of our customer vehicle for new part installed, as we have only standard programming equipment, not Nissan specific . Vehicle returned with inconclusive results - part still showing not programmed and returned to our shop. Our technician test drove vehicle with no power as it was still in limp mode, we called immediately to send the vehicle back for reprogramming, due to the inconclusive results. 8/30/24 Our shop was called to pick up vehicle and told the part was reprogrammed to the vehicle and this time it worked. 9/2/24 (holiday weekend), the Technician returned to Nissan to pick up the customer vehicle and handed another bill and told to pay. Here lies the problem: Billed twice for programming that should have been completed with one visit. Technician addressed his concerns and was told not to pay the bill and never return for business, he was condescendingly told to leave the building and do not ever return, Nissan does not need his business. I (Traci) am the VP & Owner, the technician, my husband, (Andrzej) is the Master Technician, Bachelor in Automotive Technology with over 30 years experience, were both told we are not welcome by Nissan by the Service Advisors, Ian & Alfredo, whom I assume are employees of Mr. Dawud Mohammad, Owner of NAG of Hendersonville, LLC, DBA Nissan of Hendersonville. My complaint is only this, why would such a wonderful corporation such as this avoid my many calls to rectify this situation in a professional manner, not return my 4 messages to the Service Manager, hang up on me multiple times when attempting to get ahold of the Manager, and refuse to answer my question, as to why I am being billed and blackballed from doing business with a peer corporation. When I have yet to be disrespectful, unprofessional or combative. I was spoken to by Alfredo in the Service Department as though I have zero knowledge of the field, and am a total idiot. His tone and manner of speech, which he reminded me the calls are recorded so there should be a record, were completely argumentative, condescending and outright disrespectful. My resolution: I want a straight forward, public answer from the Owner, Mr. Muhammad... "Do you personally condone such behavior from your employees, is it your opinion that you do not need our business and do you agree with this form customer relations?" Please respond Publicly! Let your customers know how you feel, and provide supporting recordings and documentation please!

Nice folks, Cory was maintenance guy and was very helpful in pricing things out for my Nissan Rogue They did recommend some fluid changes I had done recently at another dealership but they understood I didn't want it again.
