12/9/2021 Service was very friendly. Thank You Jeff for your time. Picked up a new windscreen for the XR. Lovely product. A bit on the pricey side but quality is excellent. You get what u pay for. Stopped by Wunderlich with a friend of mine on 11/14/22 to pick up some items. Spoke with Doug. He showed us around their facility and he was an excellent source of knowledge. We traded some motorcycle stories. Had some laughs. Very nice people. Bought some axle sliders and handlebar risers for my 1000 XR Love their products. Very easy install. I would definitely recommend Wunderlich.

Horrible company. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I purchase nearly $2000 in parts from them. One item, inserts for the foot pegs, were defective and did not fit. They replaced one, but they refused to replace the other, which was only a $40 part. Doug Shaw promised to replace both, and after 4 emails and 4 promises to replace I just accepted that Mr. Shaw and Wunderlich are a half assed company and obviously couldn’t care less about their customers. Do up yourself a favor and find a reputable company for your motorcycle parts.

Zero post purchase support. Terrible customer service. Casey Newett has absolutely ghosted me, even after two polite follow up emails. DO NOT buy anything from Wunderlich because there is zero support if something breaks or is defective and they won't respond.

Extremely poor customer service. They rarely respond to email or voicemail. You are basically on your own once the product shipped. I ordered the Throttle Control at $200 and it never arrived.

Don’t waste your time buying a seat for your Bmw adventure motorcycle. Poorly designed. The stitching creates a ridge that is right under the back of your butt. I noticed the second I sat on it. They will let you return the seat but they charge 10% restocking fee which isn’t cheap considering the over priced seat. Very rude customer service person as well. Other than that the seat looked great on the bike to bad it’s got that double stitch. I’m going to try Seat Concepts. Will let you know how that feels
