Caliber Collision

My car was rear-ended and I needed to have my rear bumper repaired using Progressive insurance. I contacted Caliber Collision and they took care of everything! They were professional! They were timely! They had amazing communication throughout the process! And they were very kind and easy to work with! I would HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision!

I give these people 5 stars!!! They go out of their way to help the customer. I went there on February 4th for an estimate. It was a very small job and in 15 minutes I was on my way! They even put air in my low tire. I waited for an invoice and was told I was good to go!!!!! Now this is good marketing and customer service. I immediately left, went to buy donuts and returned with said donuts! You are the very best there is! Thank you for helping me!

Quality of the work is exceptional - when the repairs and painting were complete, looked like my car had just rolled out of the show room. And Jamie and staff epitomize quality customer service. I was treated with respect, they were all very responsive. If you are looking for high quality work and customer service, I would highly recommend these folks without hesitation or qualification.

I experienced exceptional, legitimately gold-standard customer service from Skylar. Truly. Other similar service providers should really take note. She was attentive and informative. She was optimistic and transparent about timelines, including the impact the collision centers have experienced since Helene. Skylar handled the tangled mess of insurance coordination and communication flawlessly. Dealing with collision damage and accidents/insurance is a huge headache but Skylar made everything within her control completely smooth and easy for me. Thanks again for the outstanding service.

Excellent body shop! Work was completed almost a week early. Communication was also great. Kept us informed regularly on just where they were in the repair process. The quality of their workmanship was great. Paint was a perfect match! Highly recommend Caliber Collision!
