Jorge was the best, incredible customer service and super helpful. He helped ya through the entire process to do a lease, he speaks Spanish and English. I highly recommend him if you want to get a car with a good deal.

Best car service I ever had. Mr. Mubarak gave me the best service experience. A company must notice that the customer service plays a vital role. It is Mr. Mubarak that change my impression of Nissan. I will buy a Nissan car because of Mr. Mubarak’s customer service. He should be promoted. You can find his enthusiasm which is rare to find these days .

Every time I come in, Richard has been the freaking best, as a single female I do trust coming to this dealership. Some places take advantage of females because they don’t know what they need but I always feel safe coming here. I recommend Richard or RJ.

Poor Service, Unreliable Promises - Wouldn’t Recommend Two months ago, I bought a certified 2020 Nissan Altima from this dealership. When I made the purchase, they promised to repair the driver’s seat the very next day. However, when I visited the next day, they claimed their site was down. The following week, I returned only to be given the runaround, with no one taking responsibility. I called multiple times with no response, and when I visited again, I was told I needed an appointment. I left my car with them, but they didn’t offer me a replacement vehicle, forcing me to pay $50 in Uber fares. The next day, they called to say they couldn’t fix the issue. If it weren’t for Juan and Jacob stepping up and following through, my car wouldn’t have been fixed at all! But after it was finally repaired, I discovered that one of my tires had been torn while at their service center. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating. The lack of communication, accountability, and care was disappointing. I regret my purchase and would not recommend this dealership to others.

I have been a Nissan customer at this location 5+ years. Never took my vehicle anywhere else. Normally they are pretty good. My last visit not so well. I took my vehicle for service I asked to use the shuttle to be dropped off but nobody came to alert me they were there for drop offs from 9AM-2:30PM. I ended up paying $1000 for two parts + service. Which I never complain because it’s always good service, Normally. This time I left with the same ISSUE I was having when I brought it. They told me drop it off this time for a few days, that ended up being 2 weeks. My vehicle is a platinum loaded vehicle and they gave me a basic Nissan Altima for usage very uncomfortable but I worked with it. I ended up getting my vehicle back after they kept it and told me absolutely nothing is wrong even tho I told them it was. Now day 3 of my vehicle back and I am stuck at a store because it is doing the same ISSUE. I texted my advisor because no answer and he replied “maybe battery” , I’m not sure this is why I brought it in so there is no “maybe” and I could prevent me being stuck anywhere. After the text I tried to follow up with a call yet there was no answer. They collected my money telling me it is fixed yet it is not and now I’m stuck. I also already purchased a brand new battery from them so I’m not sure if it’s the battery.
