The manager Tony and his co-worker Patrick are very customer oriented, understanding, and amazing people. They provide honest and fair quotes and make sure you're satisfied with the work done. I've been to this Brandon location at least 5 times over the past 10 years and they do a great job and never fail to impress their customers. They always back their service with lifetime warranty on the paint work and they don't fail to stand behind that promise. Thanks Tony and thanks to all your staff.

On 3/3/2020, I sustained damage to the undercarriage of my front bumper of my Lexus ES. This occurred because there were metal rods protruding on the cement barricade located at the parking lot for my medical appointment I contacted Carsmetics in Brandon, Florida that same day. He asked me to stop by so he could look at it. He was able to repair it without the need to replace the entire part on that same day, and he did not charge me a thing. I highly recommend the Brandon location for Carsmetics. Thank You

This business is what has jump started me reviewing businesses. I was quoted what seemed to be a legitimate quote, and after a few weeks I decided to bite the bullet and take Carsmetics offer. Well, apparently (to no fault of my own) the employee that quoted me gave me a bad quote. Of course this consisted of receiving several phone calls stating i’d be paying more… no worries it happens. The problem came with the no communication. I’d call and ask for info and i’d never receive it. First my grill piece was apparently ordered wrong, then the same piece comes supposedly broken. I was told my car would be done on a Monday, after a week. I was told to come in the morning and when I did of course the car wasn’t done and I was lied to about the SAME GRILL PIECE. I was pretty sick of being worked over by the end of this, and clearly felt taken advantage of. And after all of this (about 3 weeks) the car still wasn’t right. My headlights which were replaced still have a bad connection. I brought the car back to them yet again and though they didn’t charge me to reinstall, this happened a few months ago and what do you know my headlight still has a faulty connection! I will not be bringing any car back here, and I don’t even want to get the headlight fixed because I don’t want to deal with these guys again. No one takes responsibility here. They might do some good work for you, but do they have good ethics?

I definitely would recommend Carsmetics. I just purchased my 2023 Nissan Frontier, less than 50 miles on the truck, took it to the Williams Park boat ramp, and some AH side swiped me. Took the truck to Carsmetics and worked with Tony. About 4 days later and my truck was as good as new. The repair was as close to perfect as you can get.
