Only giving two stars because of the waiting center. I scheduled my second complimentary oil change with them at 11:00 am. I asked them to check my back tire and they found a nail in it. I told them right away I wanted to get the tire patched while the car is already being serviced which they told me would be about $40. After 3 hours of waiting for the scheduled oil change, they come back and ask if I still wanted the tire fixed which then actually costed me $60. I paid it because I was desperate and waiting for so long had no reason to think anything could go wrong. I did not get out of the dealership until 3:15pm. I get on the highway and drive straight home no detours. I go outside at 9:00 pm to a completely flat front tire that I’ve NEVER had an issue with. I check the vehicle recommendation paperwork and guess what? That same tire is now listed as “needing attention”. I call the dealership and was told “maybe you ran over another nail” but we don’t offer towing to the dealership and that it was on me to get the vehicle back to them to get the tire checked out. They also couldn’t tell me how long I would be waiting at the dealership. I also had to go through the Dealer Warranty on the vehicle where they also tried to charge me out of pocket for needing to switch my roadside assistance from towing to a tire change. But that’s another headache I won’t get into. When roadside got to my house and checked tire saw my tire they said it looked like I ran over a piece of metal that stabbed the bottom of tire. I took the car here because I trusted that they would do what was morally necessary not to mention after speaking to several technicians letting know I was bringing the vehicle in no one even checked to see if I was still coming in or if I had an issue getting back to the dealership. The people are nice but they just do their job and go home. I feel like they try to get their money back in anyway possible and will take advantage of anyone that doesn’t know their vehicle. It’s unfortunate but I ended up taking my time and money somewhere else to get tire replaced because I could not risk leaving with less money and more problems.

I had an excellent experience with Chris at Hyundai Brandon Service. From start to finish, he took great care of my car and made sure I got the best possible price. I even compared with a few other shops and found that Chris truly gave me the best offer. What stood out the most was his clear communication and transparency throughout the entire process. 1 appointment •Went there for a oil told the rep about the windshield washer not working told me warranty won’t cover it. Told them fix it 1st nothing happen 2nd appointment Finally was able go back and told them about windshield washer not working and they fix it. Told them the leather was losing color. Pickup my car and told me they have follow up call. No Call , had a call about the review how they did and told the rep about it they told me I’ll get a call same day, I’m still waiting to this day. Only positive thing is Abel great person, but the dealer not so much. Car still in warranty and yet they are waiting for it to run out. 1st week since picked up my car still no update

Dropped my 2023 vehicle off due to a diagnostic code stating my powertrain was open per the code it was could have to do with my ignition or spark plugs etc. Scheduled an appointment on the day it was brought in for service. It was assigned to someone who was on lunch and never returned as far as I am concerned. The consultant DAVE JURRELL never contacted the next day, the day after on what was actually wrong with my vehicle. I took my spouse to come on the third day of non-service to get them to look at it. Still no callback on the service needed just fixed it good thing my warranty was still active to get the ignition coil replaced. It is the principle for a business to communicate with the customers. Very poor service received after being with Hyundai for 4 years. Something as simple as replacing the ignition coil could have been done within the hour not 3 days if they were understaffed communicate that.

Subject: URGENT - Post-Oil Change Issue [Hyundai Kona] - Requires immediate attention. UPDATE: 0415- they towed the vehicle to the dealership. Found that the mechanic who did the work on Saturday didn't install the oil gasket correctly. Picked up vehicle the same day, no more noise when driving. There is no apology either from the front desk or service manager. Today, they sent a pressure washing service to clean the driveway. I am moving my 1 star review to 2 stars. I'll move it up to 3 stars once there's an apology for the mistake and for additional time spent dealing with their mistake. To Brandon Hyundai Service Department, I am writing to report a serious issue that arose immediately after my daughter's car had its first oil change yesterday, Saturday, April 12, 2025. The service was completed in approximately 2.5 hours. However, on our drive home, we noticed an unusual noise that was not present when we brought the vehicle in. Later that evening, I discovered a significant puddle of oil on my driveway originating from my daughter's car. This situation requires immediate resolution. I will need to arrange for the vehicle to be towed back to your service center as soon as possible. Furthermore, due to the oil spill on my property, I will require Brandon Hyundai to hire a professional pressure washing service to clean my driveway. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss the next steps and arrange for the tow and driveway cleaning.
