What a joke. Ordered 2x brake hoses... Online ordering system said next day... I didn't have a ton of faith because the next day was a holiday but Google said the store was open and every other parts store in my area was open... So I figured I'd give it a shot. First, they were closed, then the next day I went in to pick it up. It wasn't in and staff said it'll be in at 7am tomorrow. Waited till 3 before I called...first guy put me on hold 10 minutes and forgot about me... Second guy: "Oh, the truck got delayed so probably should have called you"... Yeah, I guess that would have been nice. All around a crappy experience, but I guess I should have known because this is a similar experience I had the previous time (ordering some stranded wire and didn't show up till several days went by). So now I've missed my window to do this repair (40s and 50° weather) and I still don't have the part. Tomorrow it will be 10° and will be day 4 of waiting... If it shows up. Luckily the truck doesn't need to move right away or else Id be really out of luck. For reference, Amazon had it in stock for half the price but 2-4 day delivery. I guess next time I'll just go with Amazon since they are cheaper and more likely to be on time or go with oriellys since they actually will deliver on time and call with updates or delays. People seem to be nice enough in person but don't count on the infrastructure to get you anything not on the shelf in a reasonable amount of time.

Can only say nothing but good about this place. Shane/Mark saved the day in particular with getting me hooked up with a car battery I suddenly needed after being broke down in a storm the night prior. Even though I had tools that COULD have gotten the job done (slowly but surely) as I was trying to install the new battery myself out in the cold....Mark came out with better tools and helped me out so I could get on the road faster. Highly recommend and can't thank them enough! Lifesavers and such a relief. 🙏
