Always there to help me out in a pinch when I'm working in Hicksville doing detailing. Sometimes have to go in and grab something randomly once I needed some springs mid job cause the trigger on my steam cleaner broke and I needed a replacement spring for it I went in here and the guy behind the counter hooked me up with a free spring out of an open kit. 😁 Usually when I go in they try to recommend something to me or reccomend a store that may have it. So there we were, on a road trip, when suddenly our vents start blowing hot air. Instead of waiting until we got home, we decided to go get some coolant, because we came at a warm time of year. We call this store, and they said they can try to put it in for us if it's not in a hard place to reach. Turns out our A/C coolant port is on the bottom hard to reach. A shout out to these guys! I am an over the road sales person. A check engine light came up on my vehicle. I swung in to Napa the nearest town I came to. They put it on the code reader free of charge to find out that it was just some thing with the emissions, and I could have a checked out whenever I got home. It was great to know didn’t have to worry about it while I was on the road for the day. You guys rock! Thank you!

I parked next door to go to a restaurant. When I came out, my car would not start. It's not everyday you break down right next to a car parts store, right? When I went in, they were closing in 15 minutes. The gentleman worked with me past closing time, checking the battery and trying to jump my car. In the end, it would not jump. Unfortunately, they did not have the battery I needed in stock. But their willingness to go above and beyond--past closing time--to help me made a positive impression on me.
