So I walk in and ask the price for a set of brake pads.The guy tries to sell me a $60 set of brake pads, and I ask him if there's an economy version, he proceeds to tell me that I don't want them that they spread break dust, i have to pretty much pry it out of him to tell me how much the economy brake pads are. He reluctantly tells me. So I decide to hold off and check somewhere else, but I wanna look around the store to see if there's anything else I may want. As soon as I start looking around, he's watching me like a hawk. They keep some of their tools behind the counter. So I step in a little bit closer to try to look at a tool. He then yells at me. You're not allowed back there sir!!! I said, sir. I'm just trying to get a little closer to read the description of the tool. I wasnt behind the counter, just on the side of it. He just had a very poor attitude and demeanor. Didn't offer to show me anything that I was trying to look at or offer his assistance in any capacity. I can't say for sure if he thought I was going to steal something or not, but I can tell you that I left there with a very bad feeling like I was being looked down upon. I received absolutely no help. The only thing the guy did do was embarrass me by yelling at me like a child. This is the first Napa store I've ever been in that hasn't had great customer service. I don't know if this guy was having a bad day, or he was just cranky, maybe because he was older, or what his problem was with me, but I know I don't want to spend my money here. This is the Napa on Main Street in Lancaster, next to Binigar's drive through. Just watch out for the older heavy set bald guy with glasses. He has a real serious attitude problem and doesn't seem to be much of a people person. Probably doesn't matter to him or even Napa very much, but he just ran off a paying customer. God bless.

I came in looking for an oil drain plug and out of every store within a 15 mile radius. They were the only ones to have it. Also she went back and got it to make sure it was there and when I got there they were more than helpful. It was a gentleman and a lady working, they went out of their way to get me situated with what parts I needed and we’re very very happy and helpful

Good knowledgeable folks who are very experienced. They are a cut above the fresh kid or retiree hired by many of the other chain places. They have things including agriculture parts the other guys don't. The crew I dealt with knew the make and model of the vehicle just from the used part I layed on the counter. They are value added and were cheaper at retail than my preffered pricing other places on some items.

Awful service, usually out of things no other store is. Also, the employees blatantly lied to me multiple times about a product i was buying being non conductive which could have resulted in someone dying and they didn't even want to apologize. If you can i would do business with someone else, or the branch in laurelville they are wonderful
