All the employees greeted me with a hello, Sir. They were all very professional and polite and very, very helpful. The manager was well groomed just as everyone else. Mr. Tyler sold me on new wiper blades for my Jeep, and he even installed and inspected their performance. And made sure I was satisfied. I really look forward to doing ALL my business here!!

My sister's battery died so we jumped started her car and we drove down to Advance to get it checked out. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and helpful. He gave her different battery options and he checked the alternator out to. She ended up getting the mid price battery, boy did those prices go up under Bidenonmics. What a joke-not advance.

The gentleman who helped me took time out of his day to ensure that I had the right part the right item and I knew how to use the item his name was Tyler w. so if you ever need help I would always ask for Tyler.

Purchased all 4 sets of brakes and rotors for my 2017 GMC Canyon. I totaled the truck on my way home from work a couple weeks later and never installed the new brakes or rotors. I tried to return them as I now no longer have the truck I bought them for. I was told that I could not have my money back, they would only give me store credit. This is absolutely a scam, they basically stole $367 dollars from me, by forcing me to shop at their store. After this card is spent I will never shop at Advanced Auto Parts ever again.
