ABC Drivetrain Parts & Services, Inc

Called and ask them if they could press a Carrier bearing off and press a new Carrier bearing onto my Silverado Drive shaft and they said they wouldn't do it because I had to buy a bearing through them. They wouldn't even remove the old bearing so I could Just pound the new one on somehow... Some help. They specialize in drive trains too. They could I've just done it and took my money like most businesses are supposed to but nope.

Went to go to work yesterday and my coolant light was on, get a mile down the road and the gauge went right to the middle in no time so to be safe I drove to ABC and told Josh what was going on. He told me to wait and they would get a mechanic to look at my car. After they looked at it they determined I was just low on coolant, topped my car off, and I was on my way. Also take my car to them for regular oil changes and never any problems! Highly recommend Josh and the crew down at ABC!

Several yrs ago I took my 97 Chevy c1500 WT there about some transmission issues. The owner could have convinced me that it needed a transmission after they drove it and put it up on the rack. Instead he told me how to bypass the issue and said I may very well get 500000 mi out of it. He didn't charge me a penny for the time and effort they put in it. I just took my 2018 Silverado to him about trans issues and again the owner explained everything in detail and suggested a trans cooler. They put a trans cooler in for me and did it ridiculously cheap. They are all such fine people and so enjoyable to deal with. If you're looking for an honest reputable place to have work done you found it. I Love em all. Fine people and such a fine Man owns it

Would not recommend to anyone. Took my truck in with several issues completely unrelated, long story short when I went to pick it up it had almost no oil pressure with loud knocking noise and Josh encouraged me to drive it 'cause maybe it will work itself out' needless to say I took it to another mechanic and ended up spending another 4k to have the motor replaced. Called abc back in hopes they could help me out with some of the 2400 they had charged to ruin my motor and..nope! Not willing to do anything. So yea, if you're looking for a good trustworthy mechanic, look elsewhere!
