Fast friendly service, staff is knowledgeable about the jobs they do. Location has plenty of parking on site, and or on street, Easy to access regardless of where you park! Store is extremely clean, well lit and very well stocked, and there is water in bottles for customers while they wait, and a television for entertainment purposes. The manager is awesome, customer friendly, detail oriented and won't upsell things you don't need. Knowledgeable about the products she sells and about whom is working at this location, will certainly be bringing my cars here from this point forward if I can not either do the job myself or don't have the time !!!

Highly recommend this shop!! Very fast, thorough, and great price. Great communication along the whole process of my car being worked on. I even got a call from them the next day checking in and making sure I was happy with the repair.

Had a great experience. At first there was an issue with getting my alignment done but they were nothing but kind and respectful and willing to go out of their way to make sure my car was going to taken care of. Also best pricing out of anywhere I called. Will definitely come back if I need anything done.

I highly recommend for anybody who chooses this company to make sure they understand that they do not have a priority list for customer base. I was told to drop my car off from 11 to 12 o’clock. It should only take an hour for tires so I ended. Waiting For my tires to be done only to find out 40 minutes later, my car was not pulled in yet so I ended up calling for a ride back to my shop. I call at 3 o’clock to see if the car is being worked on they said no they did not start on it yet so I said OK. I’ll call back at 4:30 . So I did and they said the car has not been touched yet. We will get to it as soon as possible and get it done quickly so originally dropping the car off at 12 o’clock is what I was told and it was only going to take an hour has turned into a six hour job. I got dropped back off at 4:45 only to find out my car has not touched the alignment rack yet but at 4 o’clock I was told the car will be done in an hour. So when I got there, come to find out, the car Was not on the alignment rack yet . They told me there was two customers that still needed to be done as well. I was going to be next. This was at 5 o’clock. It is now 5:50 and I am just now pulling away. I was the very last customer to leave the shop, even though there was only three or four cars ahead of my drop off when given my key the gentleman appeared to not absolutely care about any feelings towards what I have to do or my time he just gave me the keys and said thank you. You have a nice day as I stated I would not come back. He says OK thank you goodbye so not only do I not recommend coming back to the shop I recommend using discount tires, which is only 2 miles away which seems to have a quicker turnaround in a better customer priority base for them to not compensate. Anybody for their time is absolutely astonishing. I am a business owner myself and they do know that too when it comes to customer client priority there should be a list on which car Get work done first. Again, I did not recommend a shop that Does not put the customers on a priority list if I drop off at 12 and if I was told a 1 o’clock turnaround, I assume it should take one to one and a half hours to complete the job not six hours.

This morning I incurred damage to two of my rims and tires. I spent an hour calling around to nearly every Honda dealership in central Ohio, none of which could get me in for a week and I needed the work done quickly. These incredibly kind folks were able to order my tires, have them delivered the same day AND complete the service all within 6 hours. I was surprised and grateful. Will forever use this store for future needs.

I have used tire discounters on Columbus St., Lancaster, OH while they were still huddles. I have now used them as tire discounters they were quick to do the job. The price was great. They were just a great bunch of people to even talk with. I do recommend them. I’ve used them for tire service. A couple of different times. Pricing was great. I recommend these folks. Taz did good work with the tires and was quick and quick to load my tires back in the back of my pick up truck meanwhile, I told him my tire light was on. He checked all my tires and aired them to the correct hair setting. I can’t say it enough how I appreciated their kindness and quick work.

Recently, I came in to Tire Discounters to get new tires. I was recommended to them by quite a few people and I see exactly why so many folks come here! I had the pleasure of dealing with Drew, who was very honest, knowledgeable, professional, and created one of the best retail experiences I have ever had, certainly at a tire shop. If you are looking for new tires or need any work done to your car this is the place to go. They are fair, honest, and they will always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy!
