I had to get four new tires with the impending snowstorm coming. I was able to easily make an appointment online. When I arrived, John, the service manager greeted me very friendly. Very knowledgeable showed me how he measured the tread on my tires. Had all new tires within a few hours. I'm very happy with the whole experience.

I am so happy to give Mr. Tire Lansdale a great review. Store manager John shots from the hip. He is a no nonsense guy. He tells you what it is. He is doing a straight job. More power to him and his team l. Kudos John.

I came into the shop with a giant screw in my tire late afternoon on a Saturday. As someone who clearly knows nothing of cars/ tires, the guys took incredible care of me/ my car. They had me in and out so quickly and made me feel so comfortable. I am not one to feel it necessary to leave a review anywhere but these guys turned a horrible day into a great one with their care & customer service. I will always bring my car there for future repairs.

It feels like it’s hard to find a trustworthy shop. And when you find one you stick with them. From the first conversation I had with John I knew I found a great resource. I’ve had a few of my cars worked on here and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the quality of the service provided. John and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful with making the right decisions for a repair. And getting the right tires for my vehicle. A hidden gem in the automotive repair world.

This place is Scammy. I noticed a tire with a decent warranty on sale on their website. I was about to make an appointment but I figured I'd call to make sure that specific tire was available. I called and spoke to a call center rep but requested to be transfered to someone at the actual location. I spoke to a John and they said they don't have the tire available but can get it if I make an appointment for later on in the week. I asked if they could have it the next day. I was told yeah but I'd have the make the appointment after 11am. So I did. I went back online and made the appointment for the next day at 6pm as instructed. I show up to my appointment just to run into the most incompetent and RUDE person. The way he spoke to me was really annoying. He clearly didn't have any manners. He went on to say it doesn't matter if I got a confirmation email and text. I don't have an appointment, because he didn't see my name. He then said the only tire they had for my car was almost double the cost of the tire I was originally looking for. It was clear this is what they do. Like a used car dealership they'll advertise for a cheaper tire and then surprise you with a more expensive one once you get there. After being talked to the way he did and being scammed I just left. Ill get a tire somewhere else.

I had such a wonderful experience last Saturday at the Lansdale store. Jen was so kind and sweet. I went across the street to get a cup of coffee and received a call several minutes later that the car was completed. I've been coming to this store for many years since the Abington store closed and my files were sent to Lansdale. Always a pleasure to come up and be treated so kindly at such a great value.

I got 4 new tires here in November. I just thought to post this review today because I was recommending the place to a neighbor. The manager did not try to upsell me on more expensive tires. Seemed genuine and knowledgeable. Good customer service. I only gave 4 stars because there are lots of people like me who are suspicious of super glowing 5-star reviews (or unfair 1-star rants) and we're more likely to trust the 2-4 star reviews. So, if that's you too, you can take me at my word.

Extremely Frustrating Experience – Poor Service and Rude Staff I would strongly advise against using this auto store. I had an oil change appointment that was rescheduled multiple times with no clear reason, which was already a red flag. Before finally showing up, I called ahead to confirm that everything was set and was told I was good to go — that they would absolutely be able to do the oil change. However, when I arrived, the experience only got worse. One of the associates was speaking loudly, interrupting me constantly, and came across as judgmental and condescending. It felt like they had no interest in listening or helping — just pushing me out the door. Why confirm over the phone if you're not actually ready to provide the service? Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. I won't be coming back, and I recommend others think twice before trusting this place with their time or their car. i am seeing alot of complains and store associate always complain about they are backed up then why would they schedule appointment? time to show the importance of customer service and not to be judgmental.
