Work for Schneider National. My SEM called these people for a repair of my air hose on my tractor at our Frankfort, NY location. Simple fix. Called at 11am. Arrived at 115 pm. Tech took over 10 mins to even get out of truck. Then proceeded to do air leak test on the trailer. I told him where the problem was. Said he had to do that as policy. By the way, he does not speak English. After 5 hours of wasting time talking on phone and doing testing??? Finally shows me new air hose he is putting on. That took another 1.5 hours as connection would not fit. Bottom line. Do not use these people unless you do not speak English and expect ignorance from your service tech. Worst encounter ever from anything in life. Wtf!!! My 14 hr clock expired. Lost that run.

Total waiting of more than 12 hours to change an alternator and strap , very frustrating because it's cold outside and I'm no longer heating. Bad technique super long

This company is highway robbery, my truck started shutting down this morning. So i sow their mechanic done fixing another truck. I went to him and ask is there anyway you can check my truck before you leave he didn't speak that much English language so he used Google translate and he said call the company first. I did understand that so I call the company and explain to them my truck started shutting down this morning so I ask before I call the towing truck may your mechanic check for me whats going with the truck. but they said I have to pay $150 for the road call + 2hrs minimum more than $600. I was willing to pay up to $200 just to check what was going on with the truck and if he says i can fix it. I wouldn't mind dealing with them. But $600 just to check the truck that is parked less than 10ft no thank.

Scheduled a road call, was told 60-90 minutes. After 3 hours waiting on the road nobody showed up. Tried to contact them many times just to be ignored. Called from another number, they answered, then put me on hold to hang up and not answer any calls again! NO CALL NO SHOW! Bit pricey, but we agreed to pay what they asked. How can you say that you will get there in 60-90 minutes, and never show up... DO NOT RECOMEND!

Franco Fleet Services did an awesome job in repairing my Hub Seal leak, not only did I not have to wait long but technician did an amazing job with repair here in York, PA via roadside call. Definitely would recommend them for repairs!!
