Very honest mechanics, and then there is Bob!. They treat you like family. Bobs mechanics and tow truck drivers are very polite. They only fix what you need done at that at time. They don't try to "upsell" you on things you don't need right away. Been using Bobs Auto Clinic since I moved to Lansdale 27 years ago!

You walk into bob's and it's not one of these flashy mechanic places with tires on display designed to upsell you on stuff you don't need. You walk into bob's and you know that everything this place is about is fixing cars. I got my car dropped off at Bob's after the battery died. They were able to replace the battery and inspect the car for under 200 bucks. Also, I later brought them the car in due to an issue with the temperature sensor not working and they diagnosed and replaced it also under 200 bucks. Both visits, the car was done the same day. Considering the last battery i had was put in by a place up the street, and it cost nearly $450, I'll be choosing bob's from now on.

Driver almost t-boned me running a stop sign. Visibly on his phone talking on speaker. Pay attention driving especially while driving a clearly labeled company tow truck.

Back in April 2023 my car, a $100,000 BMW broke down in lansdale and needed to be towed to Thompson BMW through AAA. When I picked up the car 5 days later I noticed damage to the front bumper. Neither bob’s towing, Thompson BMW or AAA would take responsibility for this damage and pay for repairs which totaled $2,200.00. I think that is very irresponsible of all three businesses and I advise you to be very careful when using any of these three rip off businesses. They are definitely not looking out for your best interest!

I just wanted to personally thank Jeff. He is probably one of the most genuine and kindest men I have ever met to date. He was unfortunately unable to help me as the issue with my car wasn't what I thought it was. I was crying and upset and Jeff went out of his way. He quietly went and got me a chocolate bar and gave me some consoling advice. He really didn't have to do that, someone give that man a raise. Thank you again Jeff, and thanks Bob's Auto Clinic for having such compassionate humans working there. God bless!
