Mr. Motors Introduce

**Mr. Motors**, located at **19200 Greenfield Rd, Detroit, MI 48235, USA**, operates within the broad "Auto Repair Stations" platform category. They are accessible via phone at **(313) 270-7399** or mobile at **+1 313-270-7399**. For local users in Detroit seeking automotive parts or services, understanding the diverse customer experiences associated with Mr. Motors is essential for making informed decisions.

The environment at Mr. Motors, based on the provided customer feedback, presents a mixed picture. While one review points to "Quick service," implying an efficient operational setup typical of some auto repair or parts facilities, another detailed review highlights significant issues with product quality and customer service resolution. A facility that handles part sales, particularly for complex components like transfer cases, would ideally have a dedicated sales counter, a storage area for inventory, and potentially a service bay for installations if they offer that. The contrasting customer experiences suggest that while some aspects of the business may be streamlined for speed, other areas, specifically quality control and post-sale support, may present challenges. A well-organized environment is crucial for handling complex parts and ensuring correct orders, which appears to be a point of concern in one customer's experience.

Mr. Motors' services primarily revolve around **automotive parts supply**, specifically highlighted by the purchase and exchange of a **transfer case**. This indicates that they deal in significant vehicle components, likely including new, used, or re-manufactured parts for various automotive systems such as transmissions, engines, and drivelines. As an establishment categorized under "Auto Repair Stations," it's possible they also offer installation services for the parts they sell, though this isn't explicitly confirmed beyond the customer's mention of "installation" of a transfer case. Their core offering seems to be providing parts that customers need for repairs, which can range from crucial powertrain components to other essential vehicle systems. The issues raised in one review suggest that while they supply parts, the quality and accuracy of those parts, as well as the support post-purchase, are key considerations for customers.

The features that characterize Mr. Motors are strongly influenced by the direct customer feedback, showcasing both potential strengths and significant weaknesses. On the positive side, one review emphasizes that customers "can TRUST they will take care of your vehicle," noting "Fair pricing," "Service with care," "Accommodating," and "Quick service." These are highly desirable traits for any automotive service provider, suggesting a positive experience for some clientele. The mention of "Quick service" is particularly appealing for those seeking efficient solutions. However, a highly detailed negative review outlines a significant problem with **product quality and customer service follow-through**. This customer experienced multiple failures with a transfer case, including a defective initial part and an incorrect replacement. The most concerning feature here is the alleged **lack of resolution and communication from customer service**, leading to the customer being "left hanging with no response" regarding a refund or return labels. The accusation of the company being "super shady" and a "buyer beware" warning points to a severe breakdown in their **customer support and dispute resolution process**. This stark contrast in experiences suggests an inconsistency in their service delivery, where some customers receive excellent care while others face considerable frustration and perceived unreliability, especially concerning high-value parts.

Given the provided customer reviews, explicit promotional information for Mr. Motors is not readily available. There are no mentions of specific discounts, seasonal offers, or loyalty programs. For businesses categorized under "Auto Repair Stations" that primarily supply parts, promotion often comes through competitive pricing, extensive inventory, and reliable service. In the case of Mr. Motors, the conflicting customer reviews would significantly impact their promotional message. The positive feedback ("Fair pricing," "Quick service," "You can TRUST") naturally serves as a form of organic promotion, attracting customers seeking these qualities. However, the severe negative review, detailing issues with defective parts, incorrect replacements, and a lack of resolution from customer service, acts as a powerful deterrent. This unaddressed negative experience, publicly shared, directly counteracts any positive word-of-mouth or general claims of reliability. Therefore, while some customers might be drawn by the promise of quick and fair service, others would be strongly cautioned by the detailed account of unresolved product and service issues. Any "promotional" advantage they might gain from positive experiences is likely overshadowed by the potential risks highlighted in the negative feedback, making it challenging for them to consistently build a positive reputation based solely on the provided information.

Mr. Motors Customer Reviews

Order a transfercase online. When the transfer case showed visually it looked good, after installation and a test drive the transfer case made tremendous noise.. we contacted customer service sent them videos of the failure, we followed the exchange/return procedure we were sent another transfer case in exchange... We did a preliminary inspection of the replacement transfer case and notice they sent us the wrong transfer case.. I contacted customer service and was informed we would be sent a return shipping label/invoice for both the wrong transfercases that were provided, and a refund of our money yet we have been left hanging with no response.... I've yet to receive a return shipping invoice or my money back buyer beware This company is super shady... There are you happy I fixed my grammical errors from my previous review

DO NOT!!! Purchase anything from this company. They don’t stand behind their work. I paid $2,200 for a transmission that failed after 9 months. I called multiple times to explain the situation about their product and I kept getting the run around, “They’ll call me back” “ Managers not in” “Can I call back later today”, “let me check if the manger is in” this went on for over a week. I couldn’t wait any longer and had no choice but to pay another company to repair the transmission and their diagnosis of the transmission was that it was rebuilt by someone who has horribly workmanship, and has no business rebuilding transmission. Everyone please learn from my mistake, SAVE your money, these guys are thieves!! Take the extra time to shop around and find someone who stands behind their work.
