I wish I didn’t have to leave a star but that was the only way I could leave a review. I ordered a part that came in three pieces. I was told it was the entire package that was I was getting. I paid upfront and was told it would be there Tuesday due to the holiday. I went and picked up the package and as we our loading the package one of the employees states “your going to need an axle with that “. I explained that when ordered they said this was all I needed. I ordered the part because I needed it. They told me the part would be there in 2 days. I pick up the part that was already was supposed to be included in the first package. I dropped it off to the mechanic and he calls me the next day and said I needed an additional part that was cut off. I called Holbrook on 7 and Hubbell they knew exactly who I was when I asked about the missing part and all the representative could say was some times they are cut off but he has a good deal for the missing piece. Holbrook Auto Parts are crooks and I would caution buyer beware because they take your money under false pretenses and sell the parts that are supposed to be a package for one price and start removing parts from the package and sell them one by one. Common crooks that don’t care about customers or customer services.

This place ripped me off on the price of this part by 3xs the amount and I never opened the part I went in for a refund and they took over 45.00 for me saying it was a restocking fee of 25 percent when it came right off their shelves in store. I am so done with this business and the BBB should look into these upcharges and return policies that just took the money I needed for another part disquesting to be this greedy never again buyers beware

Not to mention I came in inquiring about the price online and asked why’s it damn near a $60 difference, he’s gonna say a “shipping fee”. I walked out and ordered two headlights from 1AAuto.
