I rarely leave reviews! This was my first experience at Auto Zone, and I was VERY pleased with the service I received. I had to purchase a tail light, and I couldn't find anyone to install it. Raymond "Ray" at the store was so helpful to me. He took the time to make sure I was purchasing the correct part. It turns out that I had mistakenly told him the wrong light. He quickly found my error and ensured I had the right light for my vehicle. He then took the time to install it for me! He went above and beyond with customer service. You don't see that often these days! I was super impressed. All the while, he was patient and kind as he explained things to me. This is how businesses should treat their customers. I will definitely return to this store if I need auto parts.

I came into the store five minutes before they closed desperately needing a part for my child whose car was broken down on the side of the road Nicole and the staff were so helpful. They located my part and recommended other things that may be needed for the repair. As a mom, you want to be confident that your kids are driving safe when they’re away from you. The service that I received from this location was stellar! I will be coming back.

This Location is Located In The City Of Detroit On Seven Mile And This Auto Zone Stays Crowded Also As I Was There Me/ And The Staff Noticed That When That Store Gets Crowded Individuals Get Extremely Impatient But The Staff Does Apologize And Assures Customer's They Will Be With Them And To Please Be Patient Which I Truly Love The Staff Are Very Very Patient and There Employees are Very Professional There Very Helpful When Your Ordering Part's And Filling Orders Also I Love How No Matter How Busy That Location Gets The Staff Doesn't Rush The Customer The Staff Checks the Customer's Order To Make Sure It's accurate and Ask Is There Anything else Does The Customer Need ALTHOUGH The Store May Have A Large Line Of Customer's Every Customer's Treated With A Smile
