Mopar, located at 1980 High Grove Ln, Naperville, IL 60540, USA, offers vehicle services. However, customer feedback indicates significant concerns regarding the functionality and warranty support for certain vehicles, particularly the 2022 Dodge Promaster.

One customer review highlighted numerous issues with the 2022 Dodge Promaster's hands-free cell phone and navigation systems, citing random disconnections and unusable functionality during interstate travel. The design and placement of the microphone were also criticized, contributing to the system's ineffectiveness.

Furthermore, the review detailed a series of other problems, including missing bolts, repeated satellite radio failures, power steering and camera failures, cruise control and speed sign detection malfunctions, and predictive braking issues. The customer reported multiple shop visits and expressed frustration with warranty support, claiming that issues deemed "design flaws" were not covered.

The customer felt they were advised to pull over to use cell phone and navigation features because the built in systems were not reliable. Additionally, the customer expressed dissatisfaction with the overall vehicle quality and Dodge's handling of the warranty.

While "Mopar city is the best" was stated, the bulk of the review expresses strong dissatisfaction. Potential customers should be aware of these reported issues, especially regarding the 2022 Dodge Promaster, and thoroughly research vehicle functionality and warranty coverage before making a purchase or seeking services.

Mopar Customer Reviews

Purchased a new 2022 Dodger Promaster. The hands free cell phone system randomly disconnects and randomly will not reconnect with Android and Apple cellular. This makes the navigation system unusable. The design and placement of the microphone makes the system unusable during interstate travel. This makes the navigation and hands free system useless. Numerous Promaster specialists have stated that since it is not “busted“ that warranty will not cover the system being useless. One of the “specialists” stated that I should have researched all the issues with the vehicle before purchasing it. I have always been an avid Mopar fan. This is hands down the worst vehicle I’ve ever owned. It has been in the shop 9 times. Issues thus far: Bolts missing, Satellite radio failing 3 times, power steering failure, camera failure, cell phones connection failures, cell phones disconnecting randomly, navigation disconnecting, cruise control failures, speed sign detection failures, predictive braking not working, and a host of other issues. We were informed to pull over when we needed to use the cell phones and navigation since they didn’t need to make the hands free and built in navigation system functional. I’ve purchased a vehicle with hands free and built in navigation that randomly connects and disconnects that can’t be used going down the interstate that is a “design flaw” that I should have figured out before I purchased the vehicle. Dodge has made a technological vehicle that is randomly useless. Dodge dodging its warranty.
