I am very pleased with the service and professionalism! Despite it being 4° outside, the technician Jay arrived quickly and changed my tire within 5 minutes. He even went above and beyond and checked the pressure in my spare and aired it up for me. I am so thankful and grateful for his kindness and efficiency! 5 STARS

My car battery died (parked in my garage). Called in the morning technician was very friendly asked the right questions so that when the technician came out they would have the correct battery and confirmed pricing ahead of time. Provided timely text updates as to when tech would arrive which was very helpful. Technician arrived and provided a quick overview of time it would take and asked if I had any questions once the battery was replaced.

Needed someone to come out and change my battery for me. So I went online and looked at a few places and these reviews are what sold me. He was very good at communicating the cost and what time he would arrive. Very nice man. He was in and out. Would recommend to friends and family.

After my son was unsuccessful at jump starting my car and being told my battery was corroded. I called road side assistance. I waiting for a tow provided by my insurance that never showed up. I decided to call a shop to tow my car to replace my battery. I googled search battery replacements and "Last Chance" "Towing recovery assistance" popped up. I read the reviews spoke to Cody whom gave me a good, fair price! I did not have to pay for towing, Cody replaced my battery where my car was stalled. Five stars from a single mom that tired of being ripp me off! Cody was timely, efficient and most of all Great price for the parts and the services provided for. THANK YOU CODY!
