**Accurate Auto Body - A Disappointing Experience** I recently brought my Honda Odyssey to Accurate Auto Body in Naperville after a collision with a deer. Having no prior experience with local body shops, I chose Accurate Auto Body based on their Google reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. I dropped off my vehicle on July 1st, and after nearly six weeks—yes, almost six weeks!—I finally got my car back on August 8th. Throughout the entire repair process, I received no updates, no status reports, nothing. Every time I called to check on the progress, I was met with the same vague response: “we are waiting for a part.” Adding to the frustration, when my car rental period ended, I contacted Accurate Auto Body to discuss the issue. I mentioned that my insurance company indicated that if repairs take more than 30 days, the body shop should cover the extra rental days. This concern seemed to fall on deaf ears. When I finally picked up my car, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication and the extended repair time. I also mentioned that I was not happy about paying the full $500 deductible given the situation. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was simply handed the credit card reader and told the repair cost was $10,000. No apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. For those who, like me, rely on reviews before choosing a service, be aware of what you might encounter here. The repair itself seems fine, but the lack of communication, extended timeline, and indifferent customer service made this experience a deeply frustrating one. If you value timely updates and good customer service, I suggest looking elsewhere. Update: Bob reached out, explained and clarified a few things, and also apologized for the lack of communication. I changed the review from two to three stars.

Bob Kreinbrink and staff provide first class service for your auto body work. We have used them for both of our vehicles, one of which has been repaired several times. They are trustworthy, competent, and price services reasonably. Don't complicate your life. This is the business to use. Repairs were on a 2007 Lexus ES350 and 2012 Audi A6. Both needed work on outside mirrors and Lexus had front right bumper and passenger side damage.
