I had tires delivered through Tire Agent, and this was the only installer location available in my immediate area. Once I was notified the tires had arrived, I called and scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 7:30 AM. When I arrived, I was informed that their tire mounting machine was broken and the manager was out getting parts to fix it. An employee took my name and number, assuring me I'd get a call once the machine was operational. That call never came. I ended up reaching out myself around 5:30 PM, only to learn I had been forgotten. I was then told to return Monday and that the manager would "take care of me." So I showed up again Monday at 7:30 AM. The person working wasn’t even sure if the machine was functioning. After making a few phone calls, he told me my tires would be installed within two hours. I decided to wait. Two hours later, I was told the machine had broken down again, and now two of my tires were off the rims with no way to reinstall them. The mechanic took the rims and tires to another facility 30 minutes away. After waiting several more hours, my car was returned around noon—with all the original tires still on the vehicle and the new ones just sitting in the backseat. They told me I’d need to go to the other location myself to get the tires installed. I contacted Tire Agent, and they agreed to refund the installation fee and advised me to use a different, more convenient installer. To top it off, as I was leaving—after sitting there for 4.5 hours—the repairman for the tire machine finally showed up. After everything I experienced and witnessed during my time there, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

The manager Patrick explained the process. I had a problem with the check engine Sensor. We set up a day to perform the repair. The parts were in. I needed a ride back home. Patrick took me himself. The experience was the best I have had in recent years. They called when work was completed. When I arrived to pick up the car. They had everything ready. The technician was very caring. He advised me on options to test for emision. They did the best they could They treated me with dignity. Helped me walk to the car. I am a little handicap. I will return to test again. I will also have other maintenance done.

I had a great experience here!! Both Patrick and Chevaughn at the front desk were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Larry did an excellent job at changing my oil and rotating my tires, and super fast! I had a great time chatting with them all while I waited. I literally told them it was the best oil change I’ve ever gotten and will be back!

I called the day before to ask about emission testing and was told I needed an appointment. I booked the 8:30 am slot and even got a text confirmation. When I arrived at 8:25 am, I was told they don’t start testing until 10 am, and that the scheduler—who ‘doesn’t even live here’—gave me the wrong information. They offered no apology and there was no accountability or clear communication.

Absolutely disappointing experience. Took my car in to get the brakes checked, and from the moment I walked in, the staff seemed completely disinterested and unprofessional. I was quoted an outrageous price — nearly 10 times what another reputable shop ended up charging me for the same work. It felt like a total rip-off. Save your time and money — I strongly recommend going elsewhere for honest service.
