Unfortunately I had high hopes for this place after being recommended by a coworker and reading the mostly positive reviews. I brought my car in due to a squealing noise. It has new brakes, so I assumed it was due to a belt. There were no warning lights on my dashboard. They said yes the belt is cracked, but that it was probably also an issue with my oil separator. They said the belt could wait until the next oil change, and that they would do the oil separator right away. Well $1000 later, my car is still squealing (due to the cracked belt) and now the check engine light is on. One start due to misdiagnosis of the squealing problem and somehow returning my car to me with a warning light that wasn’t on when I brought it in!

Came here for my emissions test. Service was ok. I was able to get in and out of there within a decent amount of time.

I take my Mini Cooper here for oil change, and they always do a wonderful job. Highly recommend them.

Don’t come here, they’ll tell you one price then rip ya off with the hidden labor fees for balancing a tire. Stay away

Got two vehicles emissions checks done a couple of days ago. Comfy waiting room, friendly staff, quick service. They are very organized about doing the emissions checks.

Hank Mays takes care of my wife's car and mine. We've gotten our tires there for years, All-Season and Winter tires. Always knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Good waiting area.
