I blew a tire during the snow storm today, pulled into Monro and the manager Sam took great care of me. He got me in for a replacement tire, new wiper blades, and even did an extra quick favor for me as well. He is all about client service and I would highly recommend coming to see them for any automobile needs. This is a place I would definitely give repeat business to. Come check them out. Appreciate you again Sam, and the rest of the guys working in the shop. Fair prices, good conversation, and service. Don’t let his youth fool you either, he knows his stuff.

Spoke to the Shop Manager says that if you purchase a Groupon for oil change they will still charge for the full price of $120. so customer have to pay the difference of $60. So why are you selling the service over Groupon, Scam? he says that is customers choice. Great Manager. He says there was another customer this morning with the same issue! I like your open communication dude. Keep it up Monro!!

The manager Bob was extremely rude to me when asked if he could send the quote to me so I could compare the price with another shop. He said and I quote “ If you’re thinking about taking the car somewhere else then just come get the car” i was told the car needed a water pump a belt and antifreeze. $689! I took it to car fix in Troy and they gave me half the price. Monroe auto repair lost a customer all because of Bob the manager!

Where do I start. Sam is amazing. He is great with facilitating communication, talking very straight forward about what’s up and what’s going on, he recommends future repairs at an affordable rate, he’s on time if not early, and overall delivers an amazing customer experience. Also, this is the place to go, especially if you are not extremely well versed in automobiles and their repair processes. He will walk you through it, send you pictures, or take you to physically see the concern he is referencing. He doesn’t push things on his clients. He will answer any questions with a smile on his face. 10/10. I’ll be referring all my girl friends and I’ll be back. Monro has an employee that goes above and beyond. They are so lucky and so are the clients.

Excellent service, great prices, and quality work. The manager Derek always provides awesome service with a smile. I don’t know how he does it all…answering the phone, giving every customer that walks through the door his undivided attention, making sure his team does everything right the first time among other things. I love going to this location even though there is one much closer to my home because you just can’t buy quality service from people who truly care about making sure your vehicle is safe. Thank you to the Monro team y’all ROCK!!!
