Very unpleasant encounter!!! BEWARE OF DOG! I was looking for a place to get a tune up & stumbled upon this particular establishment. When I went to the door, there was a HUGE (but beautiful) white dog that met me at the entrance barking! I’m quite afraid of dogs, especially big ones, and so I didn’t open the door. The windows were kinds of tented so I put my face to the glass to look inside to see if I see any activity. There was an Asian male sitting at a table reading & so I knocked on the window to see if he could get the dog because I assumed he worked there. The gentleman didn’t budge. All of a sudden, there was a hard (single) knock on the other side that startled me because I was already apprehensive about the dog! There was a Caucasian man that did that. He had orangish hair/beard. He yelled “she’s harmless”! And walked away. He didn’t open the door for me or remotely make me feel better about the dog; he actually made me feel bad for being afraid of it. I really wanted to just walk back out, but I was pretty desperate to get my car fixed. He asked me what I wanted & I proceeded to tell him. He gave me a quote, which was more than I could afford, but even if I could have I wouldn’t allow him to do any work on my vehicle! It’s extremely sad how customer service is nowadays. I see that this place has a pretty good rating but that was NOT my experience. You may not always remember what someone said, but you’ll always remember how someone made you feel! Do better sir! And keep the dog at home! People have allergies and possible PTSD from encounters with dogs. Never going back!

Im leaving this review for my parents because the service was so great we had to share and they just aren’t super tech savvy haha! My mom’s Buick has been having issues for YEARS and we thought it was going to result in multiple lengthy repairs. My stepdad called the shop and Nick was very helpful over the phone trying to figure out what was wrong. He had us bring it in at our earliest convenience and it was all fixed by the end of the day! It ended up being faulty wiring. Between the amazing customer service from all staff members (especially Bailey) the quick quality repair, and the very competitive pricing I would be willing to take my car out of the way for automotive authority to handle my issues. Thank you for getting my moms car back in safe working order, and thank you for being real with us!
