We were disabled on the Interstate for 3 hours waiting for our insurance road assistance to send a tow truck. Finally we called Mills River and they came immediately. The driver was so professional and kind. Even delivering us to safety not just our vehicle. He went above and beyond even though he had put in a 23 hour shift by the time he dropped us off. Professional, honest, kind, dependable, timely, and prices are fair. I highly recommend their service. Thank you for everything! They were are angel on a dark night stuck on side of a mountain in the middle of nowhere. God Bless!

Dennis was fantastic! He was prompt, honest, and safe. He rescued my car and I on the side of the road at 8 pm at night before Thanksgiving. He said he would there in 20 minute. He was there in 20 minutes. The price quoted was fair and what was charged. Good Guy.

Chris Was SOOOO amazing!! They came out in the middle of the night and did whatever he could to help get our truck out of an awful spot when our tired rod busted! He then helped us tow it to the exact location that we needed to take it to to get fixed!

We had a WONDERFUL experience with this towing company today. We were an hour from our home and the car needed to be driven an additional.hour away. They showed up very quickly to pick us up. They drive us to a drop off location and carried our vehicle the rest of the way. All at a very reasonable price. We treated with great respect and made to feel very comfortable in what was a greatly upsetting situation. I highly recommend this company for ALL of your emergency and towing needs. We are very satisfied with this service and will definitely use them again.
