We had a problem with a coolent leak on our Audi Q5 (second time in 2 years), brought it to MGM Auto based on a recommendation from a family friend. John was very professional and competent in doing a thorough inspection and of the situation, he explained what he found and gave us a fair price. As the process went along he found additional issues that needed to be addressed so ended up with a new water pump/thermostat assembly, the oil cooler assembly, and various hoses/gaskets/pipes, etc...Most importantly he did a complete radiator flush and put in new coolent. John and MGM did excellent work, used OEM parts, was fair and communicated with us clearly and directly. Would highly recommend John and MGM Auto Report for you automobile.

The vehicle, which belongs to my wife, was brought in for repairs after an unfortunate incident involving a hit-and-run caused by our neighbor. The cost of the repair was reasonable, and the quality of the work performed was exceptional. The staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout the process.

My car was making grinding noises when braking. Had to replace the poor quality brakes from another auto repair shop with premium ones from MGM. I should've just went to MGM in the first place for the best quality and care 👨‍🔧 thanks John & team for the good work!
