I had taken my car in for a service repair and quite honest, was a bit nervous because it was my first time taking in my first car. I was helped by a gentleman Rick from Nissan of Torrance. I had entered in from the wrong entrance and he had guided me to the right entrance of where to park the car. He took me to his desk to talk about what I wanted done. I’ve never been so at peace when talking to a car salesman. Or just car person at all. His voice and demeanor was pleasant and calm. He talked through all of my questions and did not make me look bad for not knowing the process. For my first experience with a cars spokesman, I had a good experience. If you want your experience with a great employee at Nissan of Torrance, be sure to call for Rick!

Absolutely terrible!!! Worst service imaginable. We took our nissan in because of some recall services and did have its manageable issues with the shifter going in but instead of them calling to ask to show them to get it in drive. They remove the covers without our consent. Causing further damage. Then they want to charge me 1500$ on a 200$ part. The audacity. We didnt even get the recalls fixed. Never come here. It's a scam. They'll break your stuff and charge you to fix it.

I was told the front distance sensor and bracket needed replacing, and the parts were ridiculously marked up. - - a $3k quote that a second opinion showed only we only needed the service code reset and everything was functioning fine.

Horrible service. They refuse to order you a lift and expect to wait 4-5 hours to wait in office explaining that their policy allows only 10 mile radius whether I live 11 miles away and the cost of the repair is over 1000$ for my car. Ridiculous. Stay away from representative named Richard - he needs to complete anti harassment training as he was gaslighting me during my last visit and later dared to ask me for a good review. I’m assuming most of these good reviews are fake obtained in the similar manner.
