Bought a 2023 A6 pre-owned at an unrelated dealership. Had some connectivity issues with the internet in the car (turned out to need a new ECM chip) and there was a recall on the thermostat. Took it into Audi Pacific and had the best experience. Diagnosed the problem, provided me a loaner for the couple weeks it took to get the pieces needed from Germany so I could get to work. Reza, the rep, was in constant contact with me to keep me apprised of the issues, the eta on the parts, any shipping updates, etc... Was very polite, professional, and answered every question I had despite, some of them I'm sure, being silly. If how much I'm enjoying the car itself didn't justify the purchase, the excellent service, professionalism and hospitality of Reza and the rest of the team there certainly did.

I personally want to thank Charlie Kim for his complete understanding of my Q5's issue, talk me through my options, and comforting me with the ultimate customer experience. He is extremely knowledgeable about the technical side of my vehicle. He gives sound advice with options to help me a make good decision. I hope he continues being my service representative. Service department is great! I appreciated the thorough video assessment. There were multiple things that had to be fixed on my car so my car was there for a few days. Jonathan went the extra mile to communicate, work with my warranty insurance and let me know what my options were. He made sure everything with my car was well taken care of. I appreciate the top notch service!

I was taken care of as soon as I arrived. My service manager quickly checked me in and she gave me a realistic estimate of when my car might be ready. Very clear up front. The best part is they found the issue with my car, which was a software update needed. I only paid the fee to evaluate the car.
