I had a long road trip ahead to visit family for the holidays and scheduled an appointment for Monday, Dec. 23rd to have my car serviced at their Hawthorne service center. As soon as I arrived, I was waved down and turned away because they would be closing and the technicians would be leaving home within the next 10 minutes?! Odd, because I had an appointment and it was well over 2 hours before closing time. I proceeded and explained to the guy that approached my vehicle, that I had an appointment and he assured me it was IMPOSSIBLE. I then showed him my appointment confirmation and he blatantly said it was a mistake, that they do not have appointments after 3PM, which I know for a fact is a complete lie. At that point, realized he was determined to refuse service, regardless of anything I said and just drove away. I was forced to drive my car without being serviced before leaving to visit family and had to have an out of town local establishment service my car instead. It is unfortunate that they would treat regular customers in this unprofessional manner. If the business actually made a “scheduling mistake”, the least they can offer is an apology and remediation instead of accusing customers of lying and switching the appointment to a “No Show” in the system. DO BETTER for your existing clientele because I will not be returning to this location!

Overall experience was good, 2 hours after I got confirmation car was ready for pick up, I got there, paid, and then was told to wait to get my car back..that took 25mins. Initial check-in and drop off took no longer than 10mins before 8am. Only downside was getting my car back. Still will give this place another try!

I really appreciate the customer service provided by Alex & Sean, service personnel who are professional and really care about Their customers.

These guys completely saved me. My alternator died right as I was driving past their service center, I was so lucky and pulled right in. Sean assisted me and found the necessary part in stock, he had his guys work on it right away. In almost no time I was back on the road! They were efficient, professional, and so kind. They also explained to me what caused the alternator to die and what future maintenance I might need. Extremely grateful!!

I was recently rear ended, and the back of my car was damaged extensively. I called Scott Robinson and the collision center was able to get me in right away. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and helpful, but Danielle, Shannon, & Henry went above and beyond. They made sure I understood everything that needed to be done and took time to answer the many questions I had. I really appreciated that they kept me updated on the progress so that I could plan accordingly. The team was amazing to work with from start to finish. I was really impressed with the quality of the work - my car looked brand new! If you need any work done on your car, I'd highly recommend Scott Robinson Body Shop!
