I have been getting GLC serviced through Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor and they do a great job each time. As always I had an exceptional interaction with the service crew and they did a great job with my car. They were courteous and communicative and made sure they answered all my questions and did a great job with the service my car needed. I will definitely go back. Recommend highly!.

When my car was flooded they drained it of water right away. They worked hard to try and save it. They protected my interests when the insurance company tried to tow it away prematurely. They were kind, courteous, and communicated right away. They have the customers best interest at heart. Great group of people. Excellent service.

I had a service appointment with Kan who went the extra mile to make sure my car was well taken cared of. After conducting a couple of test drives to identify the issue, Kan provided timely updates throughout the service process. Now my car performs better than it did the day I took delivery. I’m very happy with the dealership overall as I am a repeat customer. Kudos to Kan!
