First, I want to start off by saying that the service department took care of me huge in a last-minute situation. The night before I was set to leave on a road trip the check engine light came on on my car. typically it's impossible to get right into any service department around town.. But I told them my situation and they were able to pull some strings and get me right in for a diagnostic to assess the problem. Thus saving my road trip. It started with a lady in the call center, I can't remember her name, going the extra mile to put me on hold and go talk to the service guys to see about getting me in right away. she made it happen for me. It finished with a great interaction with the service tech, Matt, that did the diagnostic on my car and made the walk around video. He was able to answer a number of other questions I had about the car and possible future repairs. Thanks to everybody that I dealt with in the service department on Friday March 14th.

Good experience. Difficult in general to get good support for a Roadtrek Sprinter and they expertly provide service. Kain provided good, clear communication throughout the day and checked in with updates to give me time to consider my options and make decisions; never put me on the spot. Great overall team and a very positive experience. I would recommend.

My experience with Mercedes of St. Paul was the best service I have ever received. Austin was very friendly, was able to diagnose the problem, explained thoroughly the issue and resolved within the same day, and had a loaner car waiting for me. I had taken this vehicle to a different service center and they were unable to diagnose the problem. I’m incredibly grateful for the service I received.

People are so nice and welcoming. The assist you with anything you need. The follow up, call you and text you to inform you the process. They send you a video with the findings. You select online what you want them to do to your car. It is great! I also borrowed a car to be able to go to work and pick up my car when it was ready.

The new facility is amazing! Tony was great to work with. Work was done in estimated time and Tony gave me a heads up for timing on upcoming services needed. I was very impressed by the video overview of my own car undercarriage and verbal notes from the service tech. Simple yet effective and one more thing to separate Mercedes-Benz from others. I’d highly recommend MB St Paul for any of your needs.
