The Meinike car care center took great care of my Jeep Liberty yesterday. I went for full brake replacement, pads and rotors, and Tobias and the mechanics offered great costs. And when additional repairs were needed to bleed my brakes and replace an unexpected hose that burst from rust Tobias made sure I got my needed repairs and left with a cost I could afford. I will definitely be going back for more work.

Took my car in and was told I had no oil so I needed some service since I might have an oil leak. I went in on a $35 promo for synthetic blend. It ended up being $50 after the add on service it was $100. They told me I needed a new battery. I went straight to auto zone where I had a warranty and was told it tested good. No new battery needed. They said I need new belts, my mechanic said I don’t, I wish I didn’t come here. I’ll stick to my quick oil change spots and continue repairs with my 25 year mechanic. Truly felt like sales tactics.

They took care of us n our car helped us out with the finance as well to get ouf car situated and we had our car back within 2 days and even thought us a few things we didn't know bout our car......TOBIAS is the man that will get u right

The manager that works at this facility is extremely respectful, and helpful. I scheduled an appointment for 7:30am, he let me know they don’t open until 8am, but helped get my car in and me out the door extremely fast. So, ultimately great service, but the website needs to change appointment hours.

My review is that I am NOT going back to this store. Had an appt for oil change. After 1 hour, my car hadn't moved. I asked and they said they were waiting for the filter to be delivered. They should have kept me advised. I had to ask to go over the inspection report, which she mantioned 1 item. When I got to my car the floor mat had oil prints. I did go back inside to let them know I wasn't happy. They used a stinky degreaser to clean. Looking at the report after I got home, it showed tire rotation which I did not authorize. Also showed I declined a cooling system service which they never even discussed with me. The experience did not make me feel like a valued customer. It made me feel invisible.
