From the phone to the front desk the customer service was exceptional. Employees were very knowledgeable and explained everything from pricing to the quality of the break parts. Once I stepped in the store I was instantly greeted by Lance who was assisting another custom stated he would be right with me. When it was my turn the process was quick and easy, my brake pads were already placed to the side and ready for pick up which saved me time. Store was clean and well put together. Had to come leave a review for the excellent customer service I received today.

searched high and low for rotors & pads that had a store with both…found them… had to return them because they did not fit…came in to return the rotors. 1 wasn’t in a box because we tried to put them on didn’t fit. Box was broke i still came in & gave it to you…Some older man with gray hair/beard “your mechanic couldn’t fix the box” as if thats my biggest concern it’s not it’s finding rotors for my car… his sly remark annoyed me as if I already wasn’t annoyed I called every O’reillys in Vegas for rotors thinking they would fit my car but they didn’t.. NOTE to the store everyone’s not in the mood for sly comments because it really could have went left over a box. Watch your mouth

I'm upset. Bought a radiator and was told it would be there the next day. The next day I was sick, so I went the DAY AFTER to pick up the radiator that should have been there for a whole day, only to be told "we can get it here by 10 am tomorrow. And if it's not there I'll drive to the other store." If I wanted to wait around to get it I would have ordered it ONLINE.
