This is THE place you should go for car repairs!! They took great care on my car diagnostics, and repaired my wheel bearing at the best price you could ask for. They even repaired a damaged windshield fluid reservoir that they noticed during my wheel repair free of charge!! Highly recommend.

The guys were friendly and got the job done quick, but unfortunately the mechanic broke my AC fan resistor while installing a new AC blower motor. Somehow they drove a screw into the wrong hole. Right after install the first two speeds on my AC didn’t work, so it’s not like this was something that could have been easily missed. Luckily it was a cheap part and an easy install, but either their mechanic wasn’t paying attention at all or they were just hoping I wouldn’t complain about it.

This shop at meineke used to be good the manager is a good manager but some of his workers are not so good and not properly trained enough to know how to fix half of car issues. I went in here about some issues on my car and they know nothing about fixing transmissions or suspensions or properly diagnosing problems i was having on my car even though they have signs at shop that they provide these services they refuse to do these services when requested.They made me buy some parts that didn't even fix the problem I'm having and also tried to overcharge me for labor and parts after being a loyal paying customer for a problem that wasn't what I needed. Disappointed at some workers there they need better training and better problem solving skills and not throw out your customers when they are in need of emergency services. I will not recommend this shop to take for repairs they will mess up your car and throw you out the shop for no reason and overcharge you and not fix problems they created. I have all my warranties at this shop yet they will not service my vehicle no longer without any explanation why. Took to dealership found out it was loose bolts and wrong part that they didn't do right and tried to quote me for a 3000 repairs when not needed. shop was horrible never again.

Louis and his team has always gone above and beyond for my vehicle needs, I will always trust and go to them! They’ve replaced my brakes, helped with bulb replacements and flushed my coolant, all at a reasonable price. They take the time out to explain everything so I have a thorough understanding of what’s going on with my vehicle and what needs attention. Additionally, as a female I feel so secure there, I know they aren’t going to ever pull one over on me, so for the ladies- TRUST this is the place you want to go!! They will take excellent care of you without it costing you an arm and a leg. Thanks to everyone at this location, it’s been nothing been an absolute delight!!! 💗

Came into town from Maryland. Upon arrival brakes started grinding badly. Called the Laurens Rd Location. Lewis got me in immediately and was out within the hour. Great price too. Highly recommend this place
