Got stranded on side of the road coming home from Childrens Hospital in Pittsburgh. My insurance company had them come and I am glad they did! Tylar was the best he was there well before the estimated time my insurance company gave. Called me text me kept me up to date! He was phenomenal! He went above and beyond. If you use this company and you get him you will see what i mean. Couldn’t have asked for a better guy! Thank you Tylar!!!

Got stuck in the snow. Called in at 10:21pm, received a second call from the driver to confirm on his way from another site across town. Had me out by 11pm. Great communication and extremely efficient service overall. I hope I never need them, but would 100% call again if I do!

Tony was extremely friendly and was very generous. He made me feel at ease after my wreck. He also gave me a ride to pick up my kids and helped me get their car seats out of my truck. Thank you Tony! McDanels is awesome!

Great towing service. Tylar was super communicative. He called me and sent pictures when he picked up the vehicle at the parking lot. He offered and came by my home to pick up the key so that the mechanics could get proper access to the car after he dropped off my vehicle. Very friendly and professional demeanor. Highly recommend. (They corrected the error of a previous tow company that had such poor communication.) This was night and day! Thanks Tylar and McDaniels Towing!

I was involved near new castle I had a dually truck with a horse in the back & this company responded so quick it was amazing. They kept me in the loop of everything after I left with my trailer and my other truck. Very respectful and trustworthy. Will be using again in the future if needed!
