Previously, I experienced significant sliding and had to apply the brakes prematurely; however, the new tires allowed me to stop promptly and safely. It is important to note that the tires I replaced had passed inspection and were not excessively worn. Nevertheless, the tires chosen by Tire Xpress have demonstrated remarkable traction and handle the road conditions effectively. I am rating my experience with four stars, as I have only utilized their services once. I intend to return for further services, but I would like to have a consistent experience on multiple occasions before assigning the highest rating of five stars.

After an inspection last week I discovered the tech Jimmy failed to return my temp. Registration card. I called Nick and he wouldn't apologize unless I brought the car in so he could inspect my glove compartment. It's a new car. There's nothing in there but my owners manual and insurance card. I explained I don't need him to do anything, just apologize. He refused. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. Also be advised their new policy is to try to upsale items the customer doesn't need. Don't buy an air filter here. You don't need it.

Buyers beware of scams. I brought my brand new car in to get inspected & they said that I needed new $50 windshield wipers. Oddly enough, when I bought the car a few months ago everything was new, including my wiper blades. They said something about me being from out of town so I’m assuming they scam people who aren't local. Trashy, dishonest people keeping up their bad reputation around town.

We have been taking our cars there for 5 plus years. We don't know where else to go. They have inspected 2 cars without putting the sticker on. They can NEVER figure out what is wrong with your vehicle unless it is a no brainer. Just recently I purchased 4 tires from them. They never tightened my lug nuts. I called and said there is a loud thumping noise. I said it sounds like the tire is loose. They said you have to have it towed in case it is. Called me later...don't know what's wrong but sounds like the engine is going. What! I had my Best Technician on it and he couldn't figure it out!! They said you need to have it towed to the dealership, which I did. Fifteen minutes after Dehiel had it in the garage they called. They said the lug nuts were finger tight. Not only did Tire Express not tighten them after they put the new tires on, they NEVER CHECKEKED THEM when I had the car towed in. Great advice from dealership....get another garage. They could have killed you and your family. After that, I Took my SUV in to have the tires/lug nuts checked since I had recently purchased 4 tires for it also. Loose lug nuts on it too. Not as loose, but dangerously loose. Don't take your car here. They have No idea what they are doing!! They admitted they were guilty and was going to reimburse partial labor on tires. They never did and avoid phone calls. Great management Dan! It's only a matter of time before your doors will be closed.

We had a great experience when we purchased a new car battery from here. Unfortunately I CANNOT say we had the same experience with the brakes! If i could leave a NO star rating i would. The breaks had a vibrating sensation to them. My husband and I were told that this is COMMON and there is NOTHING they can and this is NORMAL until the breaks are "broken in". They wouldn't even consider looking at them to ensure they were fine and wouldn't put anything in writing. We finally went to a dealership and purchased new brakes. We were told that the break bolts weren't tight and the rotors and brakes were rusted. This place uses car quest brand brakes! They are 100% COMPLETE JUNK AND A SAFETY HAZARD.

These guys were great! Honest with me from the beginning. I went in to get something fixed that didn’t need fixed and they told me what the actual problem was and helped me come to a solution and got my car ready to roll. I appreciate their time, friendliness, and honesty. Justin and Jesse I believe his name was were awesome!! Thank you guys!!

The worst experience tge manager Nick and The worker that worked on my car, not sure of his name, but he had long red hair in a ponytail was so rude. The manager Nick shouldn’t even be a manager. He has no customer service skills the way he talks to customers the way he talks to his own employees is ignorant. He is so unprofessional. The way he talk to me was so degrading and ignorant and belittling. Not sure if it’s because I’m a woman.. Nick had an attitude with me from the second. I walked in about getting my tire fixed to get it plugged because I had a flat tire. I have been going to tire express for a long time. Never once have I ever been treated this ignorant never once let me please repeat that they have always been so respectable and nice not now. I don’t know what they’re doing with this new manager Nick that’s only been there for two months, but he is horrible and you can even tell the aura in that place with all the employees is different. It just seems like everybody has an attitude like they don’t wanna be there like they’re walking on eggshells it was so uncomfortable even being in there waiting for my car to get done a horrible experience my advice is if you need to go get your tire done or fixed find somewhere else because believe me Customer Service goes a long way and I’d rather go somewhere that I’m treated respectfully nice. and neck if you ever wanna call somebody disgusting again, honey please look in the mirror before you wanna call anybody disgusting and you might wanna learn some Customer Service and maybe go back to school on how to treat people and how to talk to people and be professional because you being a manager is a joke! My advice to the owner Use should probably look for a better manager because this Nick Is not Not the one that you need speaking with customers every day because I can guarantee you will lose more customers than gain!! It’s very sad. I’ve never once wrote a bad review On any business because I always take the place if people have bad days, but the way I was treated here today was uncalled for unprofessional and just plain ignorant!!!!! I will never go back there and word-of-mouth goes a long way. I will tell everybody and I have a lot of friends and family that do come to you that I will make sure that I’m telling everybody how ignorant I was treated today!!!!! Of course, she would say everything that you just responded to because you wanna save your business, but yes, the dude did talk to me to fix my car with an attitude and you can look at all the tapes you want please your staff was ignorant to me from the start all as I said was, should I go somewhere else because he had such an attitude with me and even the customer How ignorant they were and how ignorant they were to your one employee that was there so you can say whatever you wanna say but your staff is ignorant your manager. Nick is rude. So please, you don’t even have to respond Anymore, I will never be back there, nor will any of my family, and I will make sure to spread the word to all my friends and everybody Word-of-mouth goes a long way. I guess you should be careful with who you treat badly because of all the people they know!!!! Doesn’t always work out in your favor And be ignorant to people is never the answer. Your staff was rude. Extremely rude! If they weren’t as rude as they were, I would never have to make a review. I’ve never once had to make a review about a business never felt led to, but how ignorant your staff was today. While I was there, was constant traffic.....not new customers, past customers with complaints......some were obviously serious. Then mine was done, the dirty mechanic climbed in, got filthy everywhere with no attempt to clean it up or avoid getting it in there to begin with. Tire sealant all over the walls of the $1100 tires I just bought.....no attention to detail. I'd recommend finding another garage for any and all needs.

After having Pa inspection, be sure to check tightness of wheel lugs. Their leaving a loose wheel will be costing me nearly 500 dollars. They did not offer to help or even apologize even though they realized the wheel was not tightened. Be cafeful because any problems later they will say was your fault.
