So I went here weds Sept 20 for a inspection. I was told to pass inspection I had to get a new tire rod because mine is loose. I was told 140 cash. When I went to get car the price somehow increased its price to 160. Then after inspection I leave and hear this clicking noise. Was not there prior to dropping it off to them. Took to another mechanic and truth he hold my sway bar has been snapped off. But the inspection was still done. Called the AG had to open up a customer investigation and now I'm stuck paying attorney fees because this company wants to deny the fault. Inspection requires this to be a checked. Not only price gouging but also not properly inspecting the vehicles which is a safety concern. Time stamp photos don't lie. Now gonna cost me few more hundred dollars and court cost to get this resolved. It's ok I guess I'll play this game at the owners request.

My girlfriend took her car here to have new rear brakes installed. When she got home, the left rear brake was completely non functional, caliper not working, brake pads rattling and the emergency brake didn’t work at all. The idiots said it would be ok, she didn’t need the emergency brake, they left it non functional because they said most people don’t use it anyway, and he said the brake that doesn’t work will be just fine until next time. What kind of moron lets a car leave the shop without checking to see if the new brakes work or not? This place is a joke. Idiots! Don’t take your car here

This mechanic has fixed my vehicle 3 times for FREE!! ALSO. I had a few big problems with my CR-V and they were honest and repaired it for pretty much at cost. Most Honest shop in New Castle P.A.
