About two or so weeks ago I needed a new battery for my car. A wonderful young man named Kobby helped me get a battery and installed it for me. I felt so bad it was such a cold night and he did it without a complaint. We have never had an issue with anyone at this store. Customer service at its finest.

Guys at this location know their stuff. There's not many places where you can give part number and not get the make model engine and 2 or 4wd questions. Quick and efficient staff too

Went here in the evening on Wednesday the 27th and a really kind helpful gentleman was working here. I never usually leave reviews but he was so nice and the only person that would help us and had our part. We checked cranberry to butler and nowhere offered any help besides the new castle Oriellys. The store was so clean and nice. Instead of driving to butler or cranberry I’ll be going back to the new castle orielly when I need something.

The level of customer service this place provides exceeds any expectations of an auto parts store. I walked into O'Reilly's after advanced auto could not or would not help me . I needed a battery for my SUV and was told from the other auto part store ^^ my battery had to be professionally installed by a dealer . So I thought I'd try O'Reilly's before I called a garage. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I walked in expecting an " I'm sorry can't help you " Instead I got " of course we'd be happy to help you ". Two very friendly staff members named Colby and Wilmer stood out in the rain almost 30 minutes installing my battery . Colby and Wilmer went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Thanks so much guys !!! 😊 I will never go to another auto part store again.
