After something punctured my tire, I was towed to Mazda, and the tow truck driver assured me it could be easily patched. When I brought the tire to Mazda, they removed the object but told me it wasn’t fixable. To make matters worse, one of the workers made a dismissive comment, saying, “We’re a dealership so,” as if fixing my tire was beneath them. They then quoted me nearly $1,000 for four new tires. Frustrated, I took the tire to another shop down the road, and they fixed it instantly—for free. This shop had no prior relationship with me, yet they showed more care and customer service than Mazda ever did. Very disappointed with how this was handled and the lack of respect for loyal customers.

It was a great experience I had there. I went only to look at vehicles and actually brought one home. The guys there never made me feel like as a woman I didn't know what I wanted or could drive. I really appreciate their professionalism and help.
