I got a mazda cx-50 and got hit by a deer on the same day! I did request the Brighton Mazda and they said they will help me. The problem here is the part is 50$ and this showroom quoted a 1800$ for nothing! Not recommendable

Multiple attempts to sell unneeded service across several visits — make sure you arrive informed on the service your vehicle does and does not need. Very nice lobby and show room for waiting. Easy to schedule service.

The service is excellent in Troy location. But i am not happy purchasing with Mazda CX-90(2024). The Headlight start noise after driving only 12k. It was under warranty and they replaced with a new headlight, which took 6 days. I got loaner car while on service my SUV. Service manager derek smith is very helpful and knowledgeable person, who helped me to get my loaner.

The service is excellent in Troy location. But i am not happy purchasing with Mazda CX-90(2024). The Headlight start noise after driving only 12k. It was under warranty and they replaced with a new headlight, which took 6 days. I got loaner car while on service my SUV. Service manager derek smith is very helpful and knowledgeable person, who helped me to get my loaner.

I frequent this dealer and service location all the time. It's literally been the only place that I have taken to. The cost of the repair for 2 belts ( a tension belt being the most expensive) and to replace 1 battery in a cx5 was $1,338. Which means I paid just about $700 on labor costs. That is beyond ridiculous. The man called and said I needed the belt replaced and the battery just to get the car on the road after the belt from the alternator failed performance (which is cool it's not a performance vehicle, but tell the service department that at the dealer). Then I get the car back, it's dirty, when usually it's clean. Part of the guard underneath the car is hanging (not much) and I would expect a $900 labor cost on a belt replacement on an alternator would come with convenience as well. I'm now looking for a good mechanic that I can trust to not oversell and underwork. It's a Mazda dealership not the gas station mechanic I really wouldn't expect this kind of service in such a establishment. My BMW service isn't this expensive and their service is sufficient.

Service I have to say was excellent. Got me in quick, did the work and got me out very quickly. Would be 5 stars but for the fact I was charged $135 for a new headlight that continue to have issues. This will stop me from returning in the future I am afraid.
