This place is phenomenal! I contacted this store due to an emergency need for tire replacement 15 minutes before they closed; they committed to providing me the service despite this and lead their transaction with compassion and kindness. This is the second time they have demonstrated this toward me. I did not feel taken advantage of; I truly felt like a kind customer experience. Thank you to Michael and Chase for your wonderful customer service. I truly cannot recommend a better place to take your vehicle. I will continue to utilize this store for my vehicle’s needs. An extra bonus: VERY REASONABLY PRICED!

I’ll give a 5star on the Knox Avenue store (old NTB) . The sales man was honest and explain the store policy and did not have a one year warranty on their alignment service . And did tell me if I wanted to go across the river where they did give a one year warranty he would understand . They did give me a 90 day warranty and they did get me in as soon as they could and for that I’m grateful . However I believe that defending the brand does go a long ways even if their other competition does give a better warranty . Again the staff and manager where very nice and professional . Thank you

Brought my truck there Saturday, one of the only places available with short notice. Needed emergency tire replacement and alignment. It was bit of a wait, albeit expected, but they did a great job replacing the tires and explaining to me why I had alignment issues. Jacob, Ryan, and Bill (in the back) were all extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. Would have been perfect if I hadn’t forgotten one of the papers explaining my alignment. Fair prices and Highly recommended!

So I didn't even get any work done..I had my vehicle towed..to..what i thought was 1115 knox...so whwn I pulled up and did t see it. I was a bit confused..a lady was in front of me. Talking to...JAKE!!! .OMG...this dude..horrible customer serves. The way he was talking to the lady . I thought she did sonethibg to him. But I was there the entire time. There was confusing in her appt. And he was talking to her in a bad tone. Sharp.. and unapologetic.... so whwn it was my turn to talk to him. I'll be damn.. if he didn't speak to me in the same manner!!!!!! I can see why they had very little business... but the mavis down the street...that had my car. Business. Was booming.. amd when spoke about him at the other location. They know ew exactky...who he was.. I am not one for anyone loosing they job.. but if you have a employee that is giving your business a bad name.. why...keep him.. alp thumbs down for this location
