If I could give this place a negative star I would. My local Lifesafer closed and THIS was my next closest available option. I drove an hour to this establishment. I proceeded to get my download as I have for 4 years now. Everything was fine until the owner decided to bill me inaccurately. As a person whom has paid for this faithfully for four years straight, I kinda know how much it’s supposed to be. Or so I thought. Apparently everywhere else that I’ve received a download was doing it incorrectly. The owner was completely offended that I would even question why my bill was TWICE what I’ve ever paid. Even asking me “Are you saying I’m ripping you off?” He even took it one step further and called me into his office area, away from my husband, to show me on his computer screen that he could see where ALL of my payments have been EXACTLY as I explained them to be. As I’m still trying to tell him the amount he is charging is incorrect by pointing at the same screen he is trying to say is wrong, he grabs the receipt from my download and demands I sign it. As if I’m a 5 year old. After I took a step back, he then YELLED at me to sign the paper. I will spare you what I said in return. He then tells me that he’s just not going to charge me “his fee” for the download , on top of the outrageous amount I already paid, just so I won’t come back. All because I had the audacity to question the amount he was billing me! Well sir, I certainly hope this review finds the audience it needs! And don’t worry, you won’t see me again!

After 3 weeks dealing with this car I spoke to 2 places this morning and Mr. Charlie helped me breathe after 3 weeks I'm not running but my eyes open back up. This man has been the other person to tell me where to start and gave me advice on what to do. I feel so much better this car was going to be the death of me I feel so life again after a 10 min conversation I feel like I can make something happen. When I called because I’d heard nothing from them about picking up my vehicle on the agreed upon day and questioned why my vehicle wasn’t ready at the promised pickup time, I was put on “hold”. I could hear a discussion stating that I was being argumentative because I was expecting my vehicle at the agreed upon day. Then when they got back with me and I stated that I’d overheard them calling me argumentative and I said that I’d be happy to share that they call their customers who expect vehicles ready when promised argumentative, I was told “Jesus Christ get a life”. Exact words. Do not recommend them for anything.

I have used Quality Automotive Care three times. Every visit has been great. The team here are friendly and helpful, even before I bring the vehicle in they try to talk through what may be the issue and five me pricing estimates up front. They have often suggested less expensive repair options if available. The prices have been lower for me here than when I called other locations. Great place!
