Mastertech Auto & Truck Repair

Had my sparks and some suspension work done about a year ago. He said he would get my warranty taken care of but never did after having my truck for an entire month. My truck just recently started acting up so I had Dodge look at it. Turns out thr coil packs on the sparks were never changed and are all corroded. So he didn't change the packs even though he said he did, didn't get my warranty figured out and took 4x the amount of time. 0 stars.

Mastertech is the best auto repair shop in Marshall County. Rick is honest, reliable, and provides expertise and service at reasonable prices. My mind is at ease when I bring a vehicle in because I know I can trust him to accurately assess the problem without requiring unnecessary repairs or overcharging for services provided, which is more than can be said about a couple of competitors in the area. I first started to us Mastertech about 5 or 6 years ago, when I asked Rick to fix a brake problem that another mechanic had worked on twice. He did the work; the work was good, and I've been going to Mastertech ever since. I had one major repair job, which Rick repaired satisfactorily on one of my Toyotas. Otherwise, the work has been more or less periodic maintenance, and I've always been happy with the Rick's willingness to fit the car in as well as his ability to get the work done within a day. I simply have confidence in Rick and his shop. As everyone knows, having confidence in the mechanic who works on your car is half the battle. I will continue to us Mastertech. Indeed, I have to take my car in on Monday. I trust that Rick will figure out why the steering wheel of this 13-year-old car has suddenly begun to shimmy...only occasionally.

I took my 1994 Ford F150 to Mastertech to have four things checked out. Rick did not rush through these things and made sure everything was done and in good working order. Thank you Rick for a job well done !!

Rick was great thru the whole process. Answered all the questions I had and performed the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend MasterTech and will definitely be using them again. Best Auto Shop Around!!
