Best-One of Plymouth

First of all, I will say everyone I have spoken to has been polite. I brought my car in last week for an oil change and a knocking noise. They were upfront and said they didn’t have the capacity to do an in-depth check on the knocking noise, but would do a quick look while they were changing the oil and rotating my tires. They did not end up rotating my tires because my tires were “too worn.” To be fair, I am aware I needed new tires and had plans to get them within the next few weeks. That being said, Best One scheduled me an appointment for the knocking noise on 10/14 and told me my car was “perfectly safe” to drive until then. I told them it was coming from the front but they were adamant it was my back suspension (reminder, they claim they not actually look at my car other than an oil change). So I (stupidly) trusted them that my car was safe to drive. I was barely 5 miles down the road driving on 31N and my tire fell off my car, causing me to almost get in an accident and scrape the bottom of my car on the road. The cop that responded said only one lug nut was actually attached to my car and this could have been avoided had Best One took the time to rotate my tires even though they were worn. I would not ever trust this place again because they told me my car was “safe” when they had no authority to say that because they claim they didn’t have to time to actually look into the problem.

Had went got 2 tires changed both driver side front and back. About a week later went to go change breaks and turns out a lug nut was stripped on the front and broke. Scared to even try to take back wheel off.

Amazing place to have work done to your car. Everyone is polite and respectful. Thier mechanics are very knowledgeable. Iv been taking my cars and some of my family's cars here for years and we're always satisfied with the work that's been done. Doesn't matter if you need tires, brakes, engine work, suspension work they do just about everything. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. Won't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work Plymouth.

The lady that works there is very snooty and LIED to me!! She said the arms that hold in my actuator in the heat box broke because they “were old” my car is a 2017. Anyways I ended up taking my car to Ford and the mechanic there said those arms RARELY break on their own and that this Best One definitely BROKE them and LIED about it!!! Don’t trust them with your car!

More like Worst-One. Trust me, buy your tires at a different tire shop. This place is a joke and they do not care about their customers at all. Prepare yourself, this really happened.. I bought 4 new tires from them a few months back trying to "shop local" since I live in Plymouth and it has been nothing but problems ever since. When I originally scheduled the appointment to get the new tires, I also scheduled an alignment; pretty standard. Well, they forgot to do the alignment and when I immediately pointed it out, they refused to perform it even though they were still open for another hour. When I asked 3 different people why, no one would give me a straight answer. In fact, the employees actually tried to tell me that I didn't really need an alignment when buying new tires and that it was a "myth" 🤣 Why would a business that benefits from selling alignments try to talk you out of getting one just so they can go home right at 5:30 instead of correcting their own mistake? Well, that's because they don't care about their customers. I ended up having to go back to get the alignment done and when I started to get into my car afterwards, there was a grease stain on my seat from the mechanic not using a seat cover. I was so pissed by this point, I just figured I'd clean it myself and not make a big deal out of it to avoid conflict with people who likely wouldn't do anything to help anyways. This was a mistake. I should have fully inspected my car after finding the grease because when I got home, I realized there was a nice new scuff on my back bumper as well. I had just waxed and detailed my car the day before, so I know it wasn't there when I left it with them and I ended up having to clean my seat and try to buff out the scuff in my bumper. I'm guessing their tech scraped up against something with my car when moving it into the garage? I'm not even joking, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any business, I wish I could prove it was them. But wait, there's more! I started realizing my tires were all losing air after a few days and I started to think maybe it was just how the tires were breaking in/stretching so I filled them back up but then it happened again a couple of days later and after inspection I realized all four valves stems were leaking! I found out they replaced my tires and left the old valves on just to save a couple of bucks, I am not exaggerating. That's what kind of business they are. I had let all of this go, but today I tried to have them rotate my tires as part of the warranty I paid for and they told me it would be 2 weeks and that I should "probably try somewhere else". I wrote this review right afterwards, you can't make this stuff up. This is a true story and I wish it wasn't, but I regret ever scheduling an appointment with Best-One of Plymouth. Don't make the same mistake I did, go literally anywhere else.

Don’t waste your time with this tire shop. Just got a discount tire. I just learned the hard way. Bought four Bridgestone Alenza tires last October Warranty by Bridgestone for 80,000 miles. After putting 29,000 miles on the tire tires were down to 5/32 and I got a flat that needed a new tire After talking with management here at best tire, they said the best they could do was offer me $130 off a brand new set of tires now remind you the tires are $1300 for four and tires purchased were down to 5/32. No, don’t waste your time here customer service is what they later state to claim on and there’s no service around the customer

The manager Dave has alway's went above and beyond to make us happy. As well as all the staff , we will continue to use them. They seem to care about future business. Thankyou!
