It was raining outside. I went to buy a bulb for my headlight. The guy inside was very helpful and v we ry kind. He even offered to install it for me if he could get to it. I didn't even ask....he offered. I was surprised!!! Thank you to that young guy for being top notch!!

Great service, friendly staff. I’ve been in some auto parts stores where they’re stingy about letting you borrow a screw driver (the kind they have behind the counter not the brand new ones) and act bothered to have to help you. This was the opposite, the workers were happy to help me and let me use 2 screwdrivers so that I could access the bulb I needed to change. Wish all auto parts stores were like this

I was in today and worked with Morgan. She is probably the most helpful person I have encountered at a parts store. She didn’t talk to me like I was stupid and she didn’t make me feel like I was bothering her. Most workers in parts stores are very arrogant! She was not! Morgan took the time and asked me questions to help diagnose my issue. (Wheel bearings are a mother f’er) Please reward this woman, her customer service is incredible!! Hire more like her!

Needed some oil in my car because the light came on. I’m clueless when it comes to cars. Morgan helped me find what kind I needed and even showed me how to put it in so I could do it myself next time. Thanks Morgan!!
